Terasa frumoasă. Piscină curată și multă verdeață.
Camere cu utilități învechite.
Personalul care face curățenie în camere neprietenos și nu vorbeste decât limba bulgara.
Varietate slabă a mâncarii (aproape aceeași in fiecare zi), liftul care face zgomote "aproape că trage să moară"...

Супер-храната разнообразна и вкусна,мястото е перфектно и близо до плажа,сервитьорчетата млади,сладки и много любезни!
Хигиената от страна на почистването в стаите и баните!!!

Закуската и местоположението бяха много добри.
Обядът и вечерята бяха ужасни. Оскъдна и долнокачествена храна. На бара имаше оскъдни напитки.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of options to choose from. The room was always clean, the staff made sure to refill the toilet paper and clean the room properly.

Good value for money, pleasant staff, good location, good choice of food in the restaurant, nice pool, nice room. We were very happy with the choice of hotel.
The parking is very crowded, but it's a general problem in Zlatni pjasci. At least the staff was helpful to resolve the issue.

It was a very cheap and nice hotel. It is a great all inclusive 3 star hotel. It gives you exactly what you pay for but presented in a very nice manner. The food was good and with enough different choices each day, the bar was always accessible during all inclusive service, the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed daily, bed sheets were changed daily.

Very nice hotel. It is a nice 3 star hotel. I had a 6 nights stay with my family (me, my wife and 2 kids). We had all inclusive. The food was great. There is quite a good variety of food in all the 3 meals of the day. Very good food. The bar is a normal all inclusive bar so it is perfect.
For the value payed it is a perfect 10!!!

Hotel doesn't have it's own beach, thare isn't a large selection of dishes. Bad smell in the bathroom.

The room had a good size and it was clean.. The beds were good and the hotel was fairly close to the beach
The balcony was not pleasant.. The view was trees that were very close and right next to balcony was a dirty roof from where there was alot of noise from a ventilation shaft. And we would have loved a duvet instead of at sheet to sleep with

Very good food - many thanks to the cookers! Very good location - 5 min till the beach. Friendly staff. Towels changed everyday.
Room cleaning could be beter. But the windows (especially the restaunamt's) and the elevator must be cleaned urgently...

It was my second time and the standard was the same. Clean, no bed bugs, the location, the staff are great. The breakfast was average but good. Good value for the price.
The wifi is slow.

The location is good
You have to pay for a parking that is actually some grass in front of the hotel. If you leave the premises you are risking to lose your spot and there is nowhere else where to park.

According to low staff qty, restaurant & pool side was not clean enough, shortly public areas are not clean enough. Increase the prices little bit and hire 2/3 more staff.. Just this is the problem what i saw.
