It was clean and accessible

I paid 275 quid for the night and the only hotel during my stay that doesn’t provide drinking water. Apparently the bare minimum is provided based on your Hilton status 😂

Very friendly staff hotel was spotless only a few minutes walk into the city so great location

Ordered room service got a very small portion of salt n chilli chicken ,a pizza and two cokes 41 pound was a bit expensive for what we got and the pizza was like a frozen goodfellas pizza definitely not hotel standards.the car parking cost us 36 pound for two nights which I thought was outrageous

Staff were very welcoming. Rooms and public areas were clean and inviting. Great choices at breakfast.

A big issue was having to pay so much for parking. I know guests received a discount from the normal public rate of £25 a day down to £18. That’s still steep if staying for two or three nights. Another small complaint was the ‘triple cooked chips’ were undercooked. The waitress was apologetic so no big issue.

Breakfast - presentation and variety of cooked food could be improved, functional but does not meet the standard of the rest of the hotel.. greater variety. Room temperature too hot at night but did cool down

I liked the quietness and the relaxation aspect

I would of liked a warming gift such as a small bottle of wine or popcorn left in the fridge. There wasn’t much instructions giving by the receptionist such as where the gym is etc also a spa/swimming pool would better the facilities of the hotel as that adds to the getaway especially for the price of just a hotel room

Very good for a last minute stay, perfect for a solo venture was so cosy and staff were all lovely and helpful. Would definitely come back and stay!

Credo che non sia aggiornato alla qualità Hilton, sicuramente un hotel di valore ma rimasto indietro negli anni rispetto allo stile delle camere (vecchia vasca per dire), colazione non particolarmente ricca come ci aspetterebbe da una simile catena)

Staff at front desk hopeless. Delayed a day due to flight strike, lost a nights accommodation asked for another, paying told can not do…… complaint and finally got a room. Room not serviced until we called front desk late in afternoon. Ordered dinner in bar. Lost our order, took over an hour to get chips and chicken wings…. Kitchen busy!! Ha!

Great location in the city, and nice views outside the window. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. And the next day they helped to look after our luggage when we had to attend a ceremony.

the room was spacious . king de luxe. dinner was very good for a hotel as opposed to a specialist restaurant .. the pork belly main course was first class and good value . the staff in restaurant were excellent . Reception were very helpful as my colleague had taken ill and we checked in early .

very small matter but the poached egg at breakfast was poorly done and very watery . a very minor issue . however one expects a hotel of hilton quality to be able to turn out a poached egg when required

Good choice of breakfast items

The room was very worn in parts. Torn curtains black scuff marks on walls and trims . Stains on the chair and ripped on the other chair . The shower dripped and the shampoo conditioner and body wash fixed to the wall , ok for a shower but not ideal to bath in those positions on the wall . Cracked cup and dirty mirrors

Relatively clean, relatively outdated, but if you are looking for a comfy (firm) bed in the city centre, it’s the right choice. Absolutely quiet night without any noise (if you don’t turn the air conditioner on)

1. The controller for the air conditioner is directly from 80s with a pixel display, and the unit itself is noisy even on the lowest speed. 2. In the bathroom you can find shampoo instead of soap for handwashing. Mb smbd changed the bottles? But there is no ‘normal’ soap in the room. 3. The TV in the room is not a smart TV, so no youtube… 4. The breakfast. Just mediocre and boring, nothing special. Not even close to the level which I’d expect from the brand like Hilton.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The "business center" was in a dark room, not fully enclosed, underneath the staircase. You could hear everything around you and it was not what you would expect of a 4 star hotel. The menu at the bar/restaurant said they served food until 9:45 PM but when we arrived at 9:15 PM they wouldn't serve us food any more as they had already closed the kitchen. The only alternative was ordering room service. I asked reception if I could order cocktails for room service too and she said yes. We called for room service and ordered the food. When we wanted to order cocktails she said the bar part of the restaurant that handles room service had closed. I tried to call the bar that was still open to order 2 cocktails but reception didn't connect me through properly. I tried to call reception again, no answer. I got decent again and went downstairs myself to get 2 cocktails. I arrive at the bar and the bartender says they stopped serving cocktails 10 minutes ago. After I told him the reception said we could order cocktails for room service and they refused to serve us food 30 minutes before official closing time he reluctantly took out the things for cocktails out of the fridge to make me the 2 cocktails. After asking for a tray to carry the cocktails up to my room myself, he put them on the tray, spilling some over both glasses. I arrived back in my room 35 minutes later. We cleaned the cocktail glasses and 40 minutes after having ordered the pizza and caesar salad, the food came and we could eat. What a very frustrating experience at a so called 4 star hotel! I will not come here again and will advise anyone I can to go somewhere else.

I loved the suite that I was staying in, the view was fantastic and the facilities were perfect. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There was a constant clang in the room coming from the bathroom. We could hear noise coming from other rooms too

Breakfast was excellent, dining room was also excellent. All staff were extremely friendly, highlight of the hotel.

one hour wait for lunch. forgot to put it through till, inedible, had to go to a local restaurant. one in house function plus two events in Belfast, 15,000 people, a drink took 15 m , only 3 bar staff, one side of the bar closed. not even a did you enjoy your stay!

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating . I left my watch in the room and only realised when I got home. On ringing the hotel they were efficient in locating my watch and contacting me to arrange collection; just wonderful 😀

Central location. Lovely rooms however 2 of our 3 rooms had a view of a wall in close proximity of window . Quite claustrophobic but still over £500 per room for 2 nights. A bit disappointing
