I stay here frequently when I'm in Aberystwyth for work. Always excellent and very friendly hosts.

Rooms were clean. Bathroom was clean on arrival. Thoughtlessness of other people staying at guest house and unhelpful owner spoiled the trip. Excellent location.

Not much sleep due slamming front door and inner door. There was water, not just a splash or two but pools of water right across the bathroom floor, that you couldn't get to the toilet without stepping in it. This was the unhelpful reply to my text to Owner "OK sorry to hear that they were cleaned this morning and they are shared bathrooms ... there are responsible workmen staying and they will all be cleaned again in the " when I informed her around 9pm. I cleaned the floor with the wet shower mat and by the time the cleaner came in the morning the floor was dry and mat still wet. there was no mop or spare mats available for us to use when we needed the shower. We had to leave as we didn't want to through another night with the same scenario.... And no refund!!!

Very comfortable and quiet room

Owner very nice and helpful, especially as we didn't arrive until late. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything we required was available. Location was great - easy access to shops / beach.

The walls were thin and you could hear neighbours alarm clock / snoring in night etc. But it didn't spoil stay.

Wonderful guest house with a lovely and quaint room and facilities, excellent value for money. The owners were also very welcoming and had the two cutest little dogs who were so friendly. Will definitely be rebooking for future visits.

My partner and myself have next to no faults with the guest house. My partner was not a huge fan of the coffee provided but this was such a small fault compared to what an overall fantastic stay we had.

I can see that the bathroom had been refurbished recently, but there was no mirror. I had to use the mirror in the corner of the bedroom, otherwise service, amenities and location were very good.

the bed was clean and comfortable and the room was spacious. Shower facilities were great. I really enjoyed my stay!

Value for money and was in a prime location very close to the town and beach. I was in a single room which also had a sink and I was provided with a hair dryer on request. The owner was lovely and friendly and so was her family who I was fortunate to meet. Communication was excellent before and during my stay at the property. I actually stayed for 4 nights but made two separate bookings and was able to stay in the same room.

The room did not have its own on suite but I was aware of this when booking.

. Clean adequate accommodation. Very comfy bed.

I just needed a cheap room for the night, I would have happily paid a little more for the room I stayed in, great value for money
