La piscina es muy agradable.
Muy caros los precios del restaurante y la comida no es de lo mejor. No incluyen el cafe para la cafetera de la habitación.

Desayuno muy rico, ubicación cercana en taxi al centro (10 min), trato amable de los trabajadores, precios accesibles, sitios limpios y agradables, el cuarto de buen tamaño para dos personas
El aire acondicionado de mi cuarto (206) sonaba mucho y en ocasiones te espantaba el sueño , lo reporte , amablemente lo fueron a checar , pero siguio igual, tal vez tengan que cambiarlo

The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was nice as well. The pool was a nice add as it was very hot. The AC made the heat go away and helped us sleep at night.
The room was a little cramped for 4 people. The beds were not all that comfortable. The bathroom was a bit tight.

Not many options "close" to the airport, but this may be the best.
Stayed on two different dates within days and the price can double depending on how full the hotel is - even midweek! Crazy! On both occasions, the room was NOT ready upon arrival.

We had 3 separate stays here totalling 5 nights over a 3 week period. Our last room was good. The first two rooms both suffered from very slow draining sinks and shower tubs, which is very irritating when washing or shaving.

The beds were comfortable and the interiors were decent and well-kept.
Where do I start? First, the price was VERY high for the actual product. I needed to use the business area to print something and use a computer, and they told me that it closed during the pandemic. No breakfast included; food was adequate, but incredibly expensive. I complained about the shower floors flooding with soap and water, but staff didn't show up. The location is in a shoddy area.

Nice breakfast buffet, but at high time, the kitchen cannot keep up.
I was charged 50% more than a visit three days before my stay and two days after. With more demand, they charge much more. Not fair!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, the staff is super friendly and funny. Very accommodating,clean, great food! It's definitely a place to stay with kids.
Nothing... Everything was really great!! The only thing that would make it perfect would be to have a fridge in the room.

The hotel has large comfortable and clean rooms and bathroom.
The breakfast was very OK: fruit, cereal, yoghurt, hot dishes, and an egg “bar” with quesadillas etc. A few “buts”, no black tea 4 mornings out of 5. No plain yoghurt 1 day. But extras like bacon, cut cheese for toast could be ordered at no extra cost. So I’m general very pleasant.
Unfortunately it has a bad smell at night from the nearby dried river.
The dining room is lit like a cheap cafeteria. The evening menu is very uninspiring and expensive for quality. Understaffed.
They advertise free transportation to the center, but we never used si ce it was I Ku at 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

It is an OK hotel, nothing more than average. The room is standard with back alley view. Disappointing indeed for the 30% premium for a weekend rate. The beds were NOT QUEEN BEDS.
When it came to leave after our morning coffee. The server followed us to the room to get paid. This was indeed bizarre as he would not put the charge on the room. He made us feel like crooks trying to run away. That was a surprising, disappointing and unprofessional from the part of the hotel management. Chase your guests to their rooms.

The staff is amazing and very helpful and attentive and knowledgeable and helped me in English too
The lights didn’t work in the room. The floor was slippery. The plug-in stopped working as I was charging my phone overnight so i had to wait to charge it before I left. I’ve stayed at fiesta inns before and this one needs work. For the price I have stayed in Oaxaca at a cheaper place with better accommodation.

The food in the restaurant is very good, and all the staff is very very helpful and kind. Specially Valeria in the front desk. They help me with everything. They even help me to get my room earlier.

Nice hotel for a short stay and the staff are lovely and helpful.
The first night we were given a room with a connecting door. There was absolutely no privacy whatsoever. The staff moved us the next night and it was quieter. It is a good job there is a door between the bedroom and exit door as there is a lot of noise that emits from the corridors.
Apart from that the hotel and pool is nice.

All the staff were amazing.
The swimming pool was a little bit dirty and during the time that i was there nobody clean and check the water. I think and specially at this time you will need to pay more attention because the pandemic is not over. Ohhh another think that I dont like it was that the room shows that has coffee maker and i was looking and I can't find it.
