Felt like a home away from home. Perfect stay for a couple nights with some family friends.

The location was central for the work I wanted to complete for the two days as the meetings were within 1 kilometre of the Hotel. I did not use any of the facilities so can not comment on them. My only interaction with staff was when I came in and I left.

Beautiful sized apartment, comfortable and clean. Excellent staff.

The windows are single glazed hence a very noisy night facing on to Lambton Quay. Disappointing to have such comfort but little sleep due to street noise.

Location is great. The room was a really good size.

The tv was unplugged. The smell of the room was a bit annoying..it was clean but the air freshener was a bit too much.

Clean, tidy, helpful staff members and over all, great experience.

Rooms were big i think I got upgraded to two room which I didn't really need. Surprised there was full kitchen and laundry which again I didn't need but nice to know if anyone from out of town asks me I can recommend you.

The only thing I didn't like was street noise in the morning which is kind of unavoidable really on Lambton Quay.

Room was perfect for our needs. Great location.

no lift access to floor where tromp was. Would be an issue if you had mobility issues or lots of luggage.

Location was right in the middle of town so very convenient for going out for dinner, supermarket 1mins walk away, bath robes were nice.

Receptionist on arrival wasn't very friendly, our room wasn't cleaned properly on the first day (bed unmade, used cups not replaced). Shower had a frosted glass wall which your shadow could be seen through from the lounge! Otherwise fine.

One of our party had a room that had the apartment that not been refurbished but it was fine.

Suite was spacious, quiet, great location and provided all expected amenities except breakfast dining room in the hotel. We had to find another venue for breakfast.

Parking in this area is very difficult. Bathroom very tiny & cramped for two people. (1 person only at a time) More a business persons suite with room to invite colleagues in for a drink.

The location was great, very central. Staff were great when I needed something.

Noise - The AC in the room was on the loud side.

Great location in the CBD. The bed was super comfy and hard to get out of in the morning! Short walk to anywhere in Wellington and right beside the Cable Car depot. It’s a good spot for a long weekend or a night when travelling in a camper (which is what we did the second time we stayed and managed to get one of their parking spaces for a small fee for the night). Staff were extremely helpful, they welcomed us with a bottle of champagne as we were honeymooning and no any requests we had were fulfil with a smile.

There’s nothing we didn’t like however some constructive feedback: The hot water tank is too small in the showers and our hot water ran out one of the mornings. There wasn’t anything they could do and had to rinse with freezing cold water! Maybe something that can be improved in the future.

Excellent place to stay...location excellent. Checking in with Joy was a very pleasant experience, she was super helpful, and I would like to apologise to her for my husband for being unpleasant over the parking. All the staff we had any contact with were also very pleasant
