These apartments are in the perfect location for someone trying to find a place in the CBD that's close to everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and even come with complimentary shampoo conditioner & bodywash. Great place to stay, will be returning

The parking situation is a little tricky when you have no passengers & are trying to drop the f.o.b off and there's no street parking available. Also have to remember when dropping the fob out at checkout remember not to give the room keys before getting the car otherwise you'll be locked out

The location was great Bed was comfortable & plenty of blankets Shower was good Rooms were unusually large which was nice Two entrances (Lambton & The Terrace)

There were a few areas in the room which need to be fixed. Some raw plaster which needed to be sanded, water damage in the bathroom that needed to be fixed Kitchen sink had what looked like a thick layer of silicone rubber smeared around the back of it? Was dirty & looked really disgusting

Good location for central Wellington close to airport bus stop. Helpful staff in getting us a taxi to the ferry terminal.

The room was very noisy at night due to the very thin and old windows. needs soundproofing.heard every truck and road sweeper in the night. The bed mattress was old and very hard. so little sleep....

Good location on Lambton Quay for walking to Te Papa Museum and Wellington Cable Car. Nice staff who held our luggage for an afternoon flight

The room was clean and tidy. nice and quiet. Location is perfect, handy to everything. Just down the road is a fishmarket shop that does the best fish and chips I've ever had a must try.

Location was very good. The space was good.

The servicing of the apartment was very late in the day, after 4pm one day. As we would come back in the early afternoon for a break this was difficult. The servicing itself was very good just the timing wasn’t great.

Very spacious for a studio apartment, the bedroom could be shut off so really a 1 bedroom apartment. Bed very comfortable. The higher apartments let in plenty of light and have a view down Lambton Quay. Staff very helpful. Excellent location for buses, including the airport bus which stops nearby. Wellington train station is only a 10 min walk away.

Lifts are a bit shabby and the entrance from Lambton Quay. Wifi was being updated while we stayed.

was definitely a little old and tired but in the end suited our needs as we weren’t there much anyway. was also pretty noisy from early in the morning and you could hear above floors rooms

Adequate space for one night stay before catching the ferry.

Check in was confusing as the door was shut and it was unclear how to contact staff.

Very old building, very old furniture, the whole thing needs a good renovation. Our unit was dirty: rubbish bin not emptied so we found the previous customers’ rubbish in the kitchen, an old sock under the sofa, crumbs and dust on the carpet. Beds were old and uncomfortable.
