The staff were accommodating and hospitable when I requested all 3 apartments/rooms to be on the same floor. Check-in and Check-out was easy and helped ease the stress especially when travelling with a large family that included grandparents and young children.

It met my expectations - I cannot fault and I was grateful for services.

The staff were nice. The beds were really good. The room itself was tidy.

Locked out of car park which we paid for was frustrating. Staff helped us get back in which was good but wasn't nice calling at night waiting to get a hold of someone and wasn't great going out to sort it out at night. Lights in our room were flickering on and off maybe a bad connection or something, the tv in the bedroom didn't work which was frustrating and our toilet set was broken. The staff were nice but only there when checked in, no other time and when we called we were waiting for 20 minutes before we got through to anyone. For the amount we paid it would have been nice to have lights working properly and be able to watch tv in our room

Great location in CBD. Paid parking off site but just across the road. Washer and dryer in room was handy.

The staff were super amazing organising me a park from when I arrived at 10am and taking my bag to my room so it was waiting for me. Clean and tidy, comfy and everything I needed for the night. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
