Great facilities, clean, comfortable, great location

Great location, good sized rooms, very handy to have a kitchenette (and good teas/coffee ). Fairly quiet.

They only empty the rubbish and change the towels once a week. I think the rubbish should be taken at least every second day.

Able to move to larger room at extra cost but helped with 10 day stay.

Bed was not good and the lounge was ready for the rubbish tip it was so uncomfortable.

The property is quite dated, the one small heater wasn’t really enough to heat the large area.

Very quiet, don't hear any street or corridor noise

Booking for two rooms - these were not even on the same floor. No access to the other floor - family separated. Room not ready for 5 hours after check in time

Excellent accommodation. My room was at the back of the hotel, in a very quiet location. Good sized room, with small kitchen & dining area, plus laundry in bathroom. Perfect setup.

Great location, apartment rooms have everything you need

We checked in at 3pm and our room still wasn't ready despite check in being from 2pm. The receptionist waived the first day of parking fees which was nice

Very spacious room. Lots of natural light. Full kitchenette incl dish drawer. Nice towels and bathrobe. Great pillows.

Location. I was in room 207 with lovely greenery as the view. Good bed and lighting. Good shower. Good beverages. Quiet room. Lovely decor.

Cramped bathroom. Limited TV. Needed to ask for lightbulbs to be replaced

Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to Cuba Street. Very clean room with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Would definitely stay there next time we are in Wellington.

The location is so good, cosy bed and pleasant staff. Wifi worked only in the first room, otherwise it was so good.

Wifi wasnt available in the second room , the room heater was a crap.

The property was perfect for us as it had everything we needed. True the bathroom was a little small but it also included a washer/dryer which we found most helpful. The location was excellent and we managed to get around on foot without any problem. The kitchen area also had a dishwasher. The staff, especially the young lady who was there when we arrived on Friday and also yesterday afternoon was most helpful!

to my standards just a bit expensive as almost everything in NZ, and after all, it’s the capital

I found the TV tricky to work out and there was quite a lot of noise leakage from the adjoining room.
