Suihkussa piti odottaa todella kauden ennen kuin tuli lämmintä vettä, huone 4620, hissin vieressä, jonka kuuli, kylmä huone, pienempi tuuletus riittäisi Huono asia se, että ei saa muuta kuin etäpalvelua!??

Location was excellent because it was close to bus and tram stops and taxis. There were shops nearby for self catering.

The room was smaller than we expected. There was no sofa. I have back problems so I need support. The plug in the bathroom wash basin didn't work.

Room is OK, kitchen facilities very limited. the location is convenient. Bus stop is just outside of apartment. Walking distance to vigeland sculpture park and supermarket.

Tiny impractical shower and inadequate cooling on hot days.

The studio had all we needed, the kitchenette was well equipped. We also appreciated the laundry facilities! The studio was clean and cosy and is located in a quiet area. Aanrader!

Excellent quiet location in a beautiful building. Close to bus and tram, easy walk to many popular areas/attractions. 2 supermarkets, vinmonopolet and a minimart all within 200m. Fantastic contactless check in and pre/post check in luggage storage. Compact, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and great shower water pressure. Onsite laundry was a plus.

No block out blinds so quite bright all night. Had to step over the toilet to get into the shower- didn't bother me as I thought the bathroom was compact but great- but it may be an issue for others. It takes 4+ minutes for the hot water to come through, which from a water conservation point of view was bad.

The location was good it was walking distance to alot of the sights in Oslo. The one time we needed to take the bus, the stop was just down the street. We also liked the little cupboard kitchen so we could grab a few things to eat at the grocery store. A few good restaurants nearby including Fatty Patty and Village Tandoori.

There is NO ONE there to help you with check in problems and there is no phone to call for help. We tried using the check-in machine, when it was time to print our room keys it wouldn't print them. We had to press and hold the outside buzzer hoping that someone would answer, when they did they said to just print a duplicate key. That didn't work so they sent down a member of the cleaning staff and she said I don't know why it isn't working call the number. When we told her we didnt have a phone plan to call she took us up to our room let us in and then said to go back outside to the buzzer. My husband finally got someone on the online chat and they said we could go out and let them know when we were back so they could bring us keys. Not wanting to leave our stuff not knowing what time they would close or if they would be too busy when we returned and we would have to wait longer they brought us keys nearly 45 minutes after we arrived. The window doesn't really open and there was no instructions for how to operate the heating/cooling (if that's what it is) system. The fan that they give you is a small desk sized fan and it's extremely loud so you can't use it at night. The way the room is laid out we didn't want to keep the blinds open either because other guests could look into your room. Which isn't ideal if it was hot. After we "checked-out" we realized we forgot something and had to go through the same thing we did the two days before thankfully the box that you put your key in upon check-out doesn't lock or we would have missed our flight.

The only things missing were a luggage rack and carpetsto make the room more cozy BEd comfy Kitchenette was great. And small balcony too. Tv channel selection ok but get a netflix/hbo

Heater in the room wasnt working: room chilly and humid. Called and asked for a janitor but due to public holiday there was no one. I got an extra heater instead. Bathroom was truly small There was a fire alarm and as there is no reception available you had to call their ctc number to aleet them. A staff member came from dompeplace to the property. There was smoke and a burning smell in the 3rd floor corridor. I find lack of staff bit of an security issue t h.
