Not for business, doesn’t worth the price

I stayed here during Oktoberfest and chose the hotel as it was well priced. It is situated 2 minutes from a tube station which can get you into the centre of Munich in around 10 minutes.

Hotel staff were friendly, rooms clean with a good breakfast area and bar. 5 minute walk from a supermarket and bakery also.

Great reception and check-in. Room was well appointed and clean. Great breakfast arrangements and spread.

Bath and wc facility needed to have more privacy with only one frosted glass sliding door managing both facilities. Especially so as this was a family room for 4 people. A microwave facility would have been great. Taxi to the airport was arranged by staff, but at the end of the ride we were asked to pay more than what the hotel staff arranged. Feels like we could have done it more economically had we used Uber ourselves instead of going for the hotel arranged transport.

The room was modern and useful. It was better than photos.

The biggest disappointment was the non functional EV charger which is our first filter on Booking hotel search. I hope it will be fixed soon.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff was friendly. Especially having a big safe deposit was really nice, everything including the laptop fit in. The shampoo and hand soap offered were high quality. There was complimentary coffee and water, which was a kind gesture. The hotel was near to the tram and bus stops.

Despite being a nice hotel, I believe it could have been a little cheaper considering the location. Though, I think the reason is because it is located in the business district. It was easy to reach the city, but it was a little time consuming. Apart from the location, the only thing I can think of is the shower. Because there is no shower door, water was splashing out; it was a little annoying, but nothing serious.

Their WiFi is exceptional. Rooms spacious & clean. Room heater working perfectly well. People at the reception desk warm,friendly & helpful. They help me warm my food at all times. I needed to print a document from my email,file, scan & send back they did it for me free. The stuffs are all nice & friendly people!

No table desk phone in the room,you want anything you have to go to the reception. The TV channels are very few,no CNN & no English channel in the few showing. Also no microwave in the room to warm food.
