The reception man was lovely. Well positioned.

Not very clean. No shower cabin, just the shower. Annoing to wet all over the floor and then have to step on it for the rest of the day. Loud radiators, i had to turn them down to be able to sleep. Poor breakfast.

Breakfast was great. Comprised of hot and cold foods with a variety and went down a treat.

Perfect location near tram station. We had pretty big and comfortable room on the last floor with city view and the balcony. Breakfast was ok for the price

Our cat could find a lot of dust under the furniture but overall everything looked clean except for that

the lobby area was great. we booked late and was lucky to get the room. the receptionist was helpful.

we ask for an extra bed, it was a mattress on the floor, my son hit his head on the bedside table due to the mattress being on the floor. The toilet was dirty, the room had not been cleaned properly. The telephone had dust on it as did the surfaces in the room. I have photographs to support this. The breakfast was disappointing, no alternative to dairy milk.

Large room, great shower, tram stop for Strassbourg just outside. Train station opposite hotel. Nice breakfast buffet.

Location is perfect just outside Kehl station. Tram right infront of them hotel which takes you to Strassbourg.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent. The bikes to hire are also very good quality

Excellent location at the Kehl Bahnhoff and tram line to Strasbourg. Kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast, satisfactory Wi-Fi quality.

No electric kettle or any tableware in the room.

All was good, altough the hotel is a bit old looking, however it is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the rules at the hotel was very well regulated and managed!

There are only two things I did not like, one is the wifi speed is very frustrating and slow. And upon check, although I requested a late checkout at 12 and thanksfully they gave me, the reception kept calling me at 11:55 while I was taking my luggage out of the room, then sent a housekeeper to check on me.
