We love staying at Taj.Hospitality is always great.

There was an issue with the cooling in our room.Although the maintenance staff tried ...they weren't able to resolve it.

There was glitch with room access key card. It wouldn't open and we reset that 4 times.

I, Arun Kumar Barnwal, Senior Executive Officer along with the CEO Ramesh Pandey of TV45 - Hindi Regional Channel being forecasted in the state of Jharkhand and Bihar, checked-in on 1st of Sept. at around 12am. The Booking number is 2170816294. We were allotted room no. 239 and there was rennovation going on the hotel premises. We weren't informed about the same. And even drilling work was going on the premises and we were not able to sleep. We have also ordered "Beer" two bottles. Due to the cacophonous we had to leave the hotel prior and check-in into some other hotel. When we asked the hotel staff and management to adjust the price of the beer with the final pricing, there was no revert from them from last one hour. And we came out without carrying the Beer Bottles. This shows the INEFFICIENT and INEFFECTIVE staff working at such a reputed organisation. This was really pathetic. Kindly adhere to my complain with due deligence. Later on, when we left there were apology calls from the management. But what about the mental trauma, we had to face. This is simply not accepted from one of the top class.

There is renovation work going on at this property and I’m glad they proactively contacted me to let me know and offer to switch my reservation to Taj Krishna at the same price I had originally booked. I’m very happy and pleased that my comfort was prioritized proactively.

Breakfast was great and staff were good at understanding and helpful. Room was clean enough and well facilitated. Valet was available all the time.

They should have mentioned renovation work is going on and try to allot a more peaceful location room. all the walkway was having dust and it created kind of irritation.

Property was under renovation but they only informed me once I was checking-in. This has to be informed to the customer during the time of booking.

Swimming pool is superb, gym is nice and cool and super clean, lovely staff. Food is divine, loved that breakfast buffet which had everyday some different and delicious.

The hotel is undergoing major renovation, which we didn't realise until we were there. It was well managed, noise was only between 9-6, but once started, it was deafening. Think pneumatic drill. A discount for this inconvenience would have been nice

The hotel is amazing as usual. I use Taj hotels regularly and this one is just as good as the others. Brilliant rooms, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are polite and courteous. And Taj is the best not just in location but hosting. Thank you.

The water quality and the lack of cleanliness in the Swimming pool and women’s swimming changing area which require up keeping and cleaning. Please fix the things I listed out to the pool manager - Riaz who was on duty on 13 or 14 June.

Hospitality from every staff was exceptional from entering to hotel till exit it was outstanding. Biryani was really good. I tried several places in several cities but their Ghost Biryani is worth to try.

it’s on renovation so do not expect too much in facilities. outside windows all construction and inside some some noise during day time. lot of services are closed. As per booking.com Taj Deccan page their renovation was till 1week of June so I booked but when I arrived they mentioned it will be till end of July. They should update on their page so guest don’t expect this unexpected views. Buffet was average as a 5 star hotel didn’t find something interesting with limited selection.
