Spacious and 3 bedrooms and bathrooms

I found it inconvenient when the owner demanded payment in cash(rupees). We were planning on a card payment and upset all our plans. This needed to be notified beforehand.

Excellent location ,well maintained rooms ..

Great location and breakfast was good.

Rates could be a little easier

Overall it was good, one of the ac was not working.

Breakfast was bad , looked like they purchased it from a local restaurant or shak on the road as it upset our stomachs very badly , unfortunately it was the same breakfast both the days so it was worse ( idly wada dosa)

Kitchen was not great as it had old and broken utensils.

Nothing to say negative

Breakfast was aweful. Never had anything worse than this. They made sure that the guests do not ask for the complimentary breakfast after the first day. We tried one more day and then stopped it. Just asked for coffee in the morning which also we finally stopped taking. Except the location and the spaciousness of the apartment nothing else was good. It was anything but service apartment. Will never book it again or even recommend to others.

Service part was totally below standard. Kitchen was extremely ill equipped. There was no microwave, toaster or even a kettle to start with. The caretaker brought a dirty microwave on the third day from somewhere. He gave us a dented aluminium saucepan with a broken handle and told us to make tea coffee in that. Dishes and cutlery were either broken, or cracked or stained. On the third day we were provided a kettle and a toaster. Even a knife was not there. When we asked for it caretaker brought a dirty blunt knife from somewhere. Washing machine was non functional initially. Again the caretaker somehow made it operational. But it was extremely dirty from outside. Outlet pipe was not connected with any outlet. So the entire soapy water was just flooding the balcony where the washing machine was kept. We had to request for a wiper so that we can wipe the soapy water from the balcony first before we can take out our washed clothes. It was a horrible experience. The only sofa in the living room was so badly torn that it scratches the skin of young children. Frankly, I have no idea how booking.com has included these kinds of accomodations .
