The property is in a really rough looking part of town we didn’t feel safe. Also the staff wasn’t very welcoming we had lost our Luggage at the airport and turned up to the hotel to decide what to do. I explained the situation and the person on Reception still demanded that I give my card details to pay a Security deposit for the room when we had explained we probably wouldn’t be staying and we would be going home that night. Within a few minutes of checking into the room, somebody knocked in the door to remove every item out of the drinks fridge as we hadn’t odif the deposit it was so abrupt rude & insensitive considering what we just went through. We called out friends who said we can go sit in their hotel & order food we left straight away. Do not recommend

Everything location being the worse I did not feel safe

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral.

Leider gibt es am Hotel keine direkten Parkmöglichkeiten, sondern nur ca. 600m entfernt. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück schmeckt leider nicht.

Gibt es nichts zu beanstanden Das einzige Manko ist das es keine internen Parkplätze gibt

Excellent! The room was very charming, cozy and very clean. The bed was comfortable and fresh. The bathroom had nice toiletries. The staff was friendly and professional. I am not from the community, but I felt very welcomed and I really liked the atmosphere inside the hotel. The kosher breakfast was not included in my reservation- but hopefully I can try it next time!

Everything was excellent!
