La localisation, le lieu, la nourriture est incroyable !

La comida muy rica. Se comió muy bien en todos los restaurantes.

Por decir algo, las camas. Nos tocó una habitación con camas no excelentes a nivel del hotel. El resto excelente todo

Hôtel en plein centre ville, très pratique pour sortir. Les employés sont souriants et très serviables. La nourriture est très bonne avec beaucoup de choix. La piscine est sublime et les équipements confortables.

La chambre qui donne sur la rue est assez bruyante. Nous sommes réveillés pendant la nuit par les bruits dans la rue, et aussi les bruits des chariots de l’hôtel qui passent dans le couloir à 3h du matin. Le frigo de la chambre fait aussi un bruit d’enfer. Les plages à côté de l’hôtel sont assez rocheuses et difficile pour se baigner.

Solo la ubicación

Primero deberían decir que para ser un hotel de solo adultos no permiten fumar en ningún lugar ! Literalmente tenías que ir afuera a la calle No tenía panoramas nocturnos como fiestas o entretención ya que a las 12:00 am cerraba la barra y todo lo que es restaurante a las 10:00 Es un hotel solo adultos pero para adultos mayores Lo que entrega el hotel para el valor que cobran no se justifica para nada ya que en la misma zona puedes encontrar muchos mejores La playa chica y fea … Un día en la playa habían medusas (mordieron a un hospedante) y yo sin saber me estaba bañanado frente al salvavidas que jamás me advirtió Realmente decepcionada del hotel !

Breakfast and location were good..staff was great

Upon arrival they insisted we had prepaid for only 2 guests in 2 rooms when in fact we had paid for all 4 guests..2 rooms in advance with booking.com..they didn't believe our paperwork and charged us an extra $2400..which I will have to dispute and decline to pay with my credit card company.

The dining options are good but not amazing. We loved Zarape (Mexico restaurant) but didn’t enjoy Bella (Italian restaurant). The International buffet has a wide range of food options. The resort cocktails are blended slushies and get sickening quite quickly.

This resort severely lacked events and night life. No bar after 11? Ran out of beer Couldn’t get anything we wanted to drink without upcharge.

Location, lots of lounge chairs, clean and great activities

The food in the main buffet was repetitive and not that great. Lots of porc, squid and Mexican dishes which becomes annoying after a few days and it offered for the 3 meals. The breakfast was the best with lots of fruit and a variety of bread .We had lobster dinner in the restaurant but it was not worth the 69$ USD as only the tail was provided. I have done better resort since Mexico for the food. During lunch there was an outdoor grill of hamburgers and hot dogs. It was good. The drinks are very typical, fake juice but great premium alcool for some. Overall for Playa del Carmen , this hotel is the best option for all inclusive and very close to the 5 th ave and beaches.

Extrem tolles Hotel in super Lage! Es gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt. 24h Zimmerservice, rund um die Uhr Essen und Getränke. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Animationsteam gibt sich auch sehr viel Mühe. Würde es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Das all inclusive Angebot war wirklich sehr gut und das Essen und Getränke waren sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, vor allem Miguel und Abraham an der oberen Pool Bar. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, sehr nah an der Hauptstraße. Gut vor allem wenn man Trubel mag.

Für uns persönlich war der Pool Bereich (die Anzahl der Liegen) ein wenig zu klein für die Größe des Hotels und auch sehr laut (nicht so sehr wegen Animation und Musik, wie wegen den Gästen). Der Strand ist leider nicht so schön und man kann die Algen auch manchmal sehr riechen. Das Klientel ist meistens aus USA und das merkt (und hört) man. Unser Zimmer war schön, aber sehr dunkel, da das Fenster richtung Pool war und dadurch jeder reinschauen könnte. Man konnte auch kein Fenster öffnen, dadurch wurden auch die nassen Sachen nie wirklich trocken. Da lohnt es sich ein größeres Zimmer mit Balkon zu nehmen (nur als Tipp).

The all inclusive included so much! Coffee bar, ice cream, snack room. Half the pool was party vibes the other half was more relaxed. Brilliant location. Buffet food was actually pretty good quality, breakfast was brilliant, lunch was a bit repetitive and dinner was hit and miss BUT you could go to any of the three restaurants and local food was also amazing.

Our room wasn’t cleaned very well, we complained a couple of times and nothing really improved.

The property was really nice , it actually blew my expectations. Everything was clean , staff was so nice and accommodating. The spa was fantastic . Pools were clean and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was my favorite.

The food is all -inclusive type food . It was decent and there were options which I loved . The breakfast buffet was really good .

Wir verbrachten die letzten 2 Nächte unserer Yucatan Rundreise im Wyndham und ließen es uns richtig gutgehen. Umfangreiches Resort mit mehreren Restaurants, Bars und Imbissmöglichkeiten. Definitiv für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Großer Pool und Meerzugang zusätzlich. Zu unserer Reisezeit (November) fand man auch überall problemlos Platz. Unser Auto durfte kostenfrei beim Nachbarhotel parken.

Die Ankunft im All-Inclusive Resort war nach unserer Rundreise eine kleine Reizüberflutung. Concierge Service, Welcome-Drink, Check-In - alles gleichzeitig und rundherum massenhaft Touristen. Gut organisiert, aber für uns kurzzeitig etwas „too much“. Die Zimmer sind leider extrem hellhörig. Das Essen hat teilweise mittelmäßige Qualität..

Les photographes de l’hôtel étaient trop présents sans que ce soit demandé. Il serait préférable que leur service soit une option et non pas qu’on nous impose un shooting durant un repas, le but étant d’être tranquille en couple.

Hotel, location and staff are great. I really like the concept of the snack options and food for most part was great. Staff is extremely friendly.

The only two things I didn't really like was 1.- There is not really a beach by the hotel. There is some sand and chairs by the ocean, but you can't really swim. I went to the other side of the pier to enjoy the sea, but of course it is not as comfortable. 2.- Alcohol selection is poor. I guess this is with the intention to make you get the premium alcohol. I had been to cheaper places with better alcohol selection, so this was kind of disappointing One more thing. I had a late flight on my last day, so I went and ask for late check out options. I was told there was an extra cost which was ok. I decided it was cheaper to pay a day pass at another place and next day when I was checking out they told me I could stay in the hotel until 5pm and use the spa for shower. I wish they had told me this when I asked (even mentioned it as a possibility, so I could ask in the morning) I was kind of disappointed to not know this prior making plans
