- Everything was extremely well maintained and clean.
- Our housekeeper, Fady, was fantastic, and made beautiful animals using the towels in our room, which our children really enjoyed.
- Good buffet for all three meals daily. Pasta station at lunchtime was a particular highlight, and shoutout for Saïd who made delicious scrambled eggs every day.
- Lovely pools - we had a swim-up room, which was brilliant for our two young children as it was out of direct sunlight in the afternoon.
- Check-in / check-out was the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I had ordered a car to bring us to the hotel from the airport which didn’t arrive despite having received email confirmation in advance that the car would be waiting for us - only after I called the hotel did they send the car to collect us having waited for 45 minutes.
- While the hotel was extremely busy during our stay, the atmosphere was not welcoming when we arrived and we had to wait until well after the standard check-in time before our room was ready.
- I had ordered a car to take us back to the airport after check-out, and despite checking with reception in advance that the car would be ready for us (given our challenging arrival), we still departed over 30 mins late and were concerned we’d miss our flight.
- The lack of welcoming atmosphere at check-in/check-out was entirely down to the staff on reception whose solution to every problem seemed to be to tell us to speak to someone else. While other staff around the hotel during our stay deliberately went out of their way to make our holiday more enjoyable, we found the staff on reception extremely abrupt, not cheerful, and generally disinterested in answering our queries. I wonder if this is a function of how busy they were, but given that the customer’s first and last experience of the hotel is generally in reception, I think considerably more effort could be made to improve the welcome for new guests in particular.
Despite my long rant above, we really did have a wonderful overall stay, just with very disappointing start and finish!

Zu viele Menschen beim Frühstücken und Abendessen. Für meinen Geschmack ist die Anlage zu groß. Zum schwimmen im Meer muss man zu weit im Wasser laufen.

Very well kept resort with friendly staff. Good food selection. Nice water slides. It covers a large area, so walks can be long.
Fairly loud music during the day. Breakfast felt really crowded. I had emailed twice upfront to request a room close to other guests who had arrived earlier - this couldn't be fulfilled and my email was only responded to after we had already departed.

Es gab viel Auswahl beim Essen und gute Qualität.
Das Hotel bietet schöne Pool Anlagen und Wasserrutschen , sehr zu empfehlen mit Kindern. Es gibt aber auch ein Pool nur für Erwachsene, wo es dann auch ruhiger ist. Also ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr schöne Hotel Anlage, mit viel grün, Palmen und Blumen , gute Animation.
Das man nicht im Meer schwimmen gehen konnte, weil es in Strandnähe nicht tief genug war und es kein Steg gab, um ins tiefe Wasser zu gelangen, denn es war schon mehrere 100 Meter entfernt.

Worst stay in Egypt
Check in was quick, I did ask for a room close to the lobby and main restaurant as I have keen problem and can’t walk without rest, been given the most remote room in the hotel (5 minutes walk to the main restaurant) dispute the fact that the front office manager promise a room with a beautiful view, the room has no view at all.
Did wake up early mooring, around 7:20 went to the pool bar asking for a coffee the waiter refused to serve a coffee and the reason was that they start serving drinks at 10 AM, I agreed and start working on my computer waiting till 10 to get my coffee, at 8:20 Am a pretty girl turn up asking for coffee and was surprised that she get her coffee in less than 20 second, this act is a pure discrimination against sex, unprofessional and unacceptable special in such big hotel.
Had much dinner (lots of variety, good quality food) went to watch the evening show, the seating area are too small for such big hotel with too high room capacity. Small number of waiters serving a big number of guests so the waiters had to run up and down to be able to serve all that number. One of the waiters named Atif is super active, carrying a try full of drinks and move between guest’s seats like he is performing an acrobatic show, there was a risk of him accidental drop the tray on top of head, politely I did ask his manger to ask him not to come to close to me as he can he access to the other guest seats and serve them without passing next to me. The waiter refused to comply with his manger request and he insisted to use same way as he did before so I had to ask him myself not to come to close to me and the surprise was instead of him talk to me nicely he was aggressive, very loud and even he signals that he is ready for a fight, I was shocked for that behavior from a worker in such famous hotel Egypt. Did ask for the duty manger to complaint, the manger arrived after 45 minutes and after 20 minutes me explaining what happened no action been take

This hotel is the best Hurghada hotel we have stayed in. I stayed in pickalbatros Dana beach half year ago, and honestly it can in no way compare to this hotel. The food in jaz is way better. And the premise itself is so lovely, greenery everywhere, very cozy

Ils ont impacté 1600€ de plus car ma fille a 12 ans au lieu de 11 ! Une honte. Ils ne sont pas a l’écoute de leurs clients, booking pareille. J’ai ete mené en bateau pendant 10jours

Personeel uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, zwembaden top, eten zeker 5 sterren waard, zowel in grote restaurants als in a la carte, 2 minpunten : ligbedden aan zwembad niet zo comfortabel en kamers laten te wensen over, kamers geen 5 sterren waard. Kortom super vakantie gehad, het hotel is dikke aanrader, kamers minder.

für Kinder sind besonders die Pools und rutschen hervorzuheben , auch die drei Kids Clubs sind gut . Spielplätze sind sehr klein und langweilig gehalten leider .
-es ist nachts extrem laut , zb die Abendmusik , wenn Leute am Zimmer vorbei gehen , die Zimmer sind seeeehr hellhörig .
also am besten keine Zimmer In der Nähe vom Hauptgebäude ( wir hatten 3010) oder am Meer buchen ( da ist abends oft sehr laut dj) , wenn das ein Thema sein sollte .
-Das Essen ist grausam . wir waren bereits in diversen Hotels in Ägypten und das war mit Abstand das schlechteste an Qualität und Auswahl . Nicht mal der Haferbrei beim Frühstück war essbar .
-die Wege sind insgesamt sehr weit .
-es werden trotz Schilder schon Frühs liegen reserviert .
die liegen selbst sind wirklich rudimentär und unbequem , selbst in 4 Sterne Hotels hatten wir da schon besseres .
-der Strand … jaaaa also es ist eher eine Pfütze . steinig und extrem flach , schwimmen nicht möglich
- wir würden nicht nochmal hierhin kommen , dafür bieten andere Hotels einfach viel mehr Komfort und vor allem besseres Essen

Just landed home and wanted to write an honest review.
We would not stay in this hotel again, and we would not visit Hurghada again.
We did experience a lot of nice and positive things too.
To start: WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE FOOD!! We ate well, there was always plenty of choice as to what to eat. We drank alcohol in moderation, drank plenty of water (and hydration tablets once a day), we stayed out of mid day sun, did not spend hours at a time in the heat, took probiotics, hand washed and carried wipes too, we went to the buffets as soon as they opened and picked food from the back; as there are gross people who pick things up with their hands and put things back, and people who just let their kids do anything around the food - non of which is the staffs fault. We didn’t get sick, any of us, from the hotel or any of our excursions.
We stayed as a family of 3, myself, my son (8) and my partner.
We stayed in one of the swim up rooms, it was a god send. We used most of the pools, enjoyed the day time entertainment (and night time entertainment), went nature spotting amongst the coral rocks on the beach - which my son loved!
We cannot fault the facilities and the hotel is kept spotless.
We had an absolutely amazing cleaner, he always left us plenty of water, and came looking for us on check out as we had left my sons water bottle in the fridge and he wanted to return it to him.
I agreed with another lady who posted about some staff - I experienced looks which made me uncomfortable, catcalls, and inappropriate comments.
I went around the hotel without my male partner twice and that was enough for me to stay with him after that!
Generally staff were friendly and approachable - they couldn’t do enough for you. My son adored a couple of staff, in particular at the restaurants, who played with him - it was nice, appropriate play.
We tipped as well as we could afford to.
The hotel shops change their prices constantly; depends who is serving and who else is in the shop.
On the last day we experienced something very odd at check out. The reception staff showed us £10 GBP, he said a man had given him £140 GBP and asked us to exchange this for him to EGP by using the hotels cash machine to withdraw the money.
It may have simply been that. I suspect it was a group tip or he’d saved up GBP tips - I’m sure there will be some way to exchange this rather than having to ask guests?
It seemed very odd and we declined.

Food and drinks was very good, staff are amazing and polite always asking if you needed anything..
Not the best beach because you had to walk so far in shallow water before getting into deep water, but the beach is good for sunbathing.

Hotel facilities are excellent, with pools, beach, kids club, water rides
The food was very good in terms of quality and variety.
The kids club was fantastic and full of entertainment for kids, especially during the mid-day time.
The animation team around the pool is one of the best in Hurghada.
There are not enough golf cars between the main entrance and the car parking.
Long queues at the slides of the aquapark due to less number of rafts and mats.
Some of the staff members require additional training to know how to deal with rush hours. especially at the restaurant

the gardens and all landscapes was perfect and well desinged and decorated
-the reception team was not qulified enough to deal with my requests and neglected it starting from housing as i asked for a ground or second floor near room and i found myself in a 3rd floor and a far room and also the system of booking a la carte reataurants was always down and i looked many times for the representative of this service in both hotels and i always don’t find him and that lead me to book a table in an undesired restaurant(however i figured out it’s an amazing one and amazing stuff) and missed booking in the desired one since they shocked me that i have only one free book in any of these restaurants
-stuff rarely smile except those i mentioned in laperla and also all zalaa stuff whom was friendly enough
-the towl system is not the best for a big and wide resort like this which have 21 pools and you have to carry your wet towls when move from to another
