The pool was area was lovely. Unfortunately it rained most of the time so could not take advantage of this facility. However, the guests with children made the most of it, even in the rain! The proximity to the beach, walks and shops is amazing.

The balcony was very sandy and sticky. We had to ask several times to get someone up to clean it. The ironing board was broken and needed to be replaced. For the cost of the apartment, it would have been good to have some room service (that was extra) and if you wanted to change towels you had to take them to a towel drop location rather than being delivered.

The facilities are excellent for little families. The pool is perfect with little pockets for all different levels of swimming confidence. The location was excellent being so close to hasting street and the beach. Staff were very helpful when needing a few things and were thankful for that.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times in the same month. The first time we stayed, our room was more modern and comfortable. The second time we stayed our room wasn’t as updated and was very tiny. The gardens out the back of our back door were very messy and we couldn’t get the pram through it. The TV was also basically in the floor which wasn’t great when having a crawling baby. It would be ideal to have it wall mounted.
