Extremely comfortable and well equipped including smart TV with Netflix included. Wanted for nothing in terms of cooking utensils (microwave/fridge - not full kitchen). Great proximity to lots of highly rated food choices to the west of Hagley park but still close enough to walk to the city centre or lots of bus choices on Riccarton Road including to and from the airport.

Although there were good block out curtains, my room had several carpark spots immediately adjacent so I couldn't leave curtains open at all for privacy reasons - room No 3. I don't think other rooms would have this issue.

Off the road dwn the back was nice and quiet

Always pleasant staying here. Rooms are always very clean, bed was comfortable, shower good water pressure, television plenty of channel options (Netflix). Mark the host is always friendly and accommodating.
