3 bedrooms with lounge and kitchen was a good find in Queenstown. Views of the remarkables, and across the road from eateries such as McDonald’s, pizzeria, Indian, Chinese etc and gas stations Mobile and BP.

Heaters in all bedrooms upstairs not just one.

Handy to airport I always go there when I can and when the price is affordable no hassle check ins and check out.. Has a kitchen which is a bonus and washing machine and drier..

Small tv in lounge and nothing upstairs in the room with a double bed which they have had in the past..

hens party next door noisy at nite. not supposed to have hens parties. they were both sides of us. traffic constant and noisy hard to get onto road. asked for 2nd key were going to charge $30.00. price charged was not price quoted 299.per night became 940.80 then became 964.30 as charge for visa no chance to pay by eftpos. no welcome or contact and booking .co charged more after saying no hidden charges . won't use booking .com.again. rooms shabby rip s in couch.fridge dirty and kitchen not in tidy condition.

The bad behaviour and noise of people on the main road during after hours.

IT was lovely clean and suited me for the night only.

The main road was very noisy from 5.00am onwards,

the stairs were a bit of an issue for older people

Convenient location, clean and having front and back courtyard was a bonus.

it is basic accommodation. Thankful that beds were comfortable.

the electric kettle lid was broken, the room had a bad smell when we entered. bedside lamp for one of the rooms did not work.

Clean + good location

Stayed here twice on separate days - first apartment we got was great but the 2nd time round was a bit awkward as one of the bedrooms is right by the front door.

Kitchen dinning was ok

We didn't like the condition of the unit carpet and walls up the stairs in desperate need of a clean air-conditioning unit is well over due for clean. The upstairs bedroom blinds facing the road is covered in age old mouldy black stuff .down stairs front door curtains had massive ripped areas and filthy condition we felt their is know responsibly taken to present these units in tidy clean presentation for genuine paying customers overall very disappointed 😞

The location was great and handy to the airport. Good sized rooms. Two small courtyards allowed for plenty of natural light

The apartment was dated with paintwork that needed to be repainted and other small repairs needed

nice spot .nicely written where to get the keys and to return the keys where to get extra clean towels .

back area was not clean ,not enough big pot to cook .no vacuum cleaner so we can clean and stay in clean place . also should be room no written on parking place every time new people park and have to look for parking . water is leaking on top of the sink bench which wets the floor every time .

Liked the location and the size of apartment... very convenient and roomy

The leaking jug, noise coming from the pipes when someone is in the bathroom, clunking noises. Window closest to the road wouldn't shut properly as seal is broken so was noisy

1. The window was wide opened when we arrived so the rooms became infested with mosquitoes everywhere and we were attacked by mosquitoes all night 2. The toilet is easily blocked and ventilation doesn’t work, after one person went it became very stinky 3. So we have to go to the McDonald opposite to us to use the toilet 4. The wifi connection is very shaky. We could barely use it on the first day and on the following day it kept saying that we had used up all of our data limit 5. The room on the third floor is extremely humid so we couldn’t sleep for the whole night 6. The stairs railing is shaky and is unsafe 7. All the facilities are extremely old and in bad conditions. So we didn’t use kitchen and laundry facilities at all
