ロケーションはめちゃくちゃ良かったです。そして清潔感もあり、大浴場にあるドライヤーはパナソニックの1番新しく高級なモデルを使ってるのがびっくりしました。朝のビュッフェや無料のお菓子も種類豊富なので良いです。

すぐ近くにコンビニがないことと、ホテルに行く道が結構暗いこと。

Excellent location between Shibuya and Harjuku. Both train stations were easily accessible by walking. Lots to see within walking distance in both neighbourhoods. Rooms were small but comfortable. Lovely onsen. Enjoyed the nightly (free) ramen. Lovely surprise to have access to free washing machine in the onsen; dryer was only 100 yen.

I cannot sing enough praises for this stay! Dormy Inn is easily the best hotel stay I've ever had, and I am a lifelong traveler who has been and lives in more than 20 countries. I suppose I can say I didn't "like" anything, because I LOVED it! The onsen is clean and extremely relaxing, the sauna and cold bath are perfect compliments to the onsen as well. The shower in my room was a 100/100 as it was hot, had a ton of water pressure, and had such great water that my skin has never felt so soft. Add to this that there is free ramen at night, and complimentary ice cream just outside the onsen, and you have a literal dream come true. Unfortunately we we to stay in a different hotel, one that was much "higher rated", but it could not measure up. We eventually ended up back at a different Dormy Inn location because of how great this location was.

It is so difficult to find something negative. I suppose if I had to nit-pick, I would say you could hear the train, but if you're a fan of white noise or Studio Ghibli as I am, it was more relaxing than anything.

It was in perfect location, between harajuku and shibuya, so great spot for shopping. The facility was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Great value for the money, also after long day of sightseeing, having sauna was the best

The location was great. A pleasant walk to the station. The room was clean and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. The spa was a great way to unwind after a long day in the city. We loved the complimentary ramen and yakult. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

The public bath and breakfast

The beds are actually twins!!!! They advertise that the beds are fulls and 2 beds can sleep a family of 4. This is simply not true unless you have tiny children or they are younger than 3.

A little further from shibuya station than expected

Excellent location: train station, restaurants, and chic boutiques all nearby. Amazingly quiet for being right next to train tracks! After a day of walking and sightseeing, soaking in the onsen was wonderful treat. Great staff.

The rooms are a bit tight.

Loved the free ramen in the evening and the ice creams upstairs! Such a thoughtful nice treat to come home to after a long day of walking. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The location was a little hard to get to especially in the rain, and our double room was really quite small.

Small rooms but everything clean and works well. Fridge, kettle, tea, coffee and crockery provided. Laundry facilities also available at minimum cost.

Slightly hard pillows but that might be the Japanese standard.

Location was amazing, onsen was great, and all of the little things they did/had (luggage scale, currency exchange, ice cream after the onsen, fabric deodorizer, etc.) made the trip feel luxurious. Heard no traffic noise at night.

Pillows on the bed were too thin for a side sleeper. Had to sleep with two pillows stacked, and then use my travel neck pillow on top of that.
