Un léger oubli : pas de personnel à la porte lors de notre arrivée nous obligeant à ouvrir nous même avec des valises de 23 kg. La réception s'est excusée platement.

I have stayed in this hotel in 2023. I rebooked it and was not disappointed. Location and proximity was the key. A mix of old and new buildings brought together with a welcome pool. The roof top bar was spectacular especially at night. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous.

A small issue was getting the A/C to change temperature.

Location was good in District 1.

The Egg counter should be near the European goid sections, not by the Vietnamese section, because Vietnamese don’t eat eggs made in the same way as Europeans or Americans. Many of the staff could not speak, or understand, English.

i have asked for a late check out to 3 pm instead of the normal 12 noon check out and the receptionist insisted on me paying. extra - I had a 12 hour flight that day! the hotel was empty ! Further to that I have a Genius Level 3 that entitles me for late check out if there is availability! I guess this one does not count as well!

The location is excellent and the hotel is of high quality superficially . Good breakfast.

There seemed to be a lot of trainees in the breakfast room. Whilst it is great to see people being trained, some of the service was lacking. Also we were given a drinks vouchers on check in, however they could only be used between 10am and 3pm - very few people would be in the hotel to take advantage between those hours. The cost of drinks and food was very prohibitive, and there were better and more reasonable options in the street outside. Getting directions to places around Saigon also proved problematic, I was given 2 different sets of direction to somewhere I could buy a mouse and both were wrong. I also requested a quote from the hotel prior to arriving for a pick up from the airport - I was quoted 1,500,000 Dong (approximately $100AUD - I arranged my own transport through Booking.com for an average of $20AUD each way
