Good location for Venice. At night be careful walking around as it gets a little dodgy. Easy to grab a bus to Venice and overall a great stay.

It was spacious and quiet. I had a small fridge and microwave oven in the room.

Towels not spotless clean. Around 10-11pm when I went home 3-5 black guys were standing on every corners around and asking if I'm alright. They were selling drugs maybe.

The property is very pretty and comfortable. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. She showed us how to get to Venice and what ice the best way to spend time there. We also parked the car near the property which was very convenient. The location is perfect, because you can easily go downtown by the train which is 5min walk from the property.

There is nothing to mention.

Pros: -Room had a/c, microwave, boiler, refrigerator, safebox (fees apply), flat screen -Clean -Comfortable beds -Quiet (Inside. We didnt hear other people) -Spacious -Parking (10Eur per day) -The waitress and staff were friendly -The location is a perfect hub to Venice. 5 mins away from the station. You can be in Venice in about 20-30 mins. Neutral: -Breakfast: Coffee, juices, various breads and toasts. They serve also cold meat and boiled eggs. -There is limited capacity for breakfast. There are various groups split in several times for breakfast. 8.10am, 0910am, etc. This can be negative if you plan to make the best out of your day and start early your tour.

Cons: -Parking cannot be booked. You might need to park on the street. We though had space when we arrived. -Room in a ground floor so there is some noise from the street. -No microwave-glasses. Only plastic ones provided

The room was great, specially the bathroom. It was actually larger than we expected. We also enjoyed breakfast and all the staff was friednly and helpful. The location is great, because it's right next to the bus stop and the train station. The train to Venice leaves every five minutes and it costs 1,40 Euros. I totally recommend it!

We had a little problem to see the entrance, because the one in the ad is actually the side of the building. As I was driving, I didn't really notice the small sign they have on the real entrance and we passed by. It's nothing major, but it's nice to share.

Rooms were ok. We only spent one night here. It is 10 minutes away from the train station by walking.

This hotel has a third facility that took us 45 minutes to find it because it doesn't have any sign or name on the building. We arrived to the hotel at 11pm so there wasn't any receptionist in it to meet us. Nobody replied our messages over the app at that time. If you decide to stay here, be aware and look for the low green fence 30 meters across the street from the parking lot. You will see the hotel's name little stickers sticked on the windows.

I'm not demanding, but I was afraid to go to the shower - there was mold everywhere, on the floor, on the walls of the shower, the mold was also under the windows in the room. Breakfast was poor (for example we got 2 slices of cheese for 2 people, no vegetables/fruit, just cheap biscuits)

Location was great, room was quite spacious and very clean, breakfast was also very good. Staff was welcoming and helpful.
