Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

Only the location was a bit far from the city center. If you have a lot to do in the city center then this might be a bit far.

We liked the location, the design of the hotel, staff were very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The room was quite small but we expected this from other reviews so were not surprised.

Location was good though a fair walk from the nearest tube station. It has a defined, cool vibe which we enjoyed very much and the staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and fun with its iPad controlled lighting, aircon, tv and blinds. Breakfast, although a little pricey, was good and plentiful with no limit to how much you could have. Decent coffee too.

The aircon only went down to 18 degrees and the fan was not very powerful - a problem only as we had just walked a couple of miles in hot sun before arriving and needed to cool down!

Muito boa, segura e bonita a localização. Fica a uma pequena distância do Borough Market e de vários pubs e restaurantes. O metrô fica a uma média distância, mas não é longe. Como Londres é tudo caro, um achado é o mercado oriental que fica do outro lado da rua e vende com 75 a 80% de desconto os sanduíches de prateleira que estão com vencimento no dia. A partir do hotel fizemos quase tudo a pé, exceto o Camdem Market que fomos de metrô porque já estávamos exaustos de andar.

Os quartos são bem pequenos e do tipo integrado com o banheiro que tem box com vidro fosco e cortina, então não há muita privacidade, principalmente pra fazer o número 2 .. rs. O banheiro tem um sistema de exaustão que fica ligado permanente, entao nao dá mal cheiro no quarto. Mas se vc não tem problema com isso, otel tem ótima limpeza, cama super confortável, tudo controlado pelo Tablet que fica no quarto (iluminação, TV, cortinas, ar condicionado, solicitação de limpeza, pedidos do restaurante ...).

Fantastic lobby decor and lots of people hanging out, doing work, and enjoying the space and ambience. I love the design of Citizen M rooms. I don’t need a large room, I need a well designed room which these are. Comfy bed, good shower, right across from an M&S food for nibbles and being able to cast in addition to TV is great.

Bit of a walk from the tube with bags.

- No tea & coffee facilities in the room - Pillows not very comfortable - Rooms are small and compact. Can be a bit tight for two people

The self check in was a bit of a faff - especially when you have staff stood watching you try to sort it yourself - seemed a bit pointless really.

Jederzeit freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, Lage fußläufig zur Tate Modern. Leckeres Frühstück mit hervorragenden Kaffeespezialitäten. Matratzen/Decken/Kissen für mich optimal.

Bad nur durch Glas vom Rest des Raums getrennt. Für Alleinreisende kein Problem, aber zu zweit fände ich das schwierig. Die Zimmer sind wirklich klein, auch hier: zu zweit ist der Stauraum dann echt knapp

I love the friendly reception to assist with self check in. The bed is super comfortable, good selection of entertainment and rain shower head option is awesome. Coffee and croissant from the canteen was lovely. I love this place and will be back.

A persistent deep noise likely coming from a generator, not very intense but could be a nuisance for sleep. This was on the 5th floor where I stayed (maybe on other floors it is less intense)

Be ready that you will live not in a room, but in a wardrobe. The room is tiny. No way 2 people can fit in there.
