朝早い到着でしたが、会員手続きをしたら、部屋を用意してくれました。スタッフは、とにかく親切でフレンドリー。ロビーのコーヒーメーカーも助かりました。部屋はシンプルですが、必要な物は揃っています。クロゼットが大きいので、荷物が片付けられました。地下鉄駅から２分、何処へ行くのも便利でした。

特にありません。強いて言えば、建物のメンテナンス中で、工事の音が少々うるさかったです。

Wasn't a nice bedroom .... many things wrong. Towels were not changed in our 3 night visit. Coffee tea not replaced, not one visit to the room. Breakfast was far too expensive, continental, Plenty breakfast places local. Single beds awful, had sunk in the middle. Bathroom door opens outwards into the narrow passage Also a cupboard door sometimes swings opens at the same time as you open the bathroom door and smacks your face!!! Plugs in bathroom sink and bath go in and dont come out, we had to use a knife !!!!! Awkward. 2nd floor looks right on to close office blacks. Would never go back. I would move slightly further out London and pay for a decent hotel and pay the for the tube

Localização excelente! Muito perto do metrô! Várias opções de alimentação ao redor e supermercados. Quarto muito confortável, amplo, com cozinha completa (geladeira, microondas, cooktop e utensílios). Água, café, chá e chocolate disponíveis na andar térreo. Já fiquei várias vezes nesse hotel.

A limpeza e arrumação do quarto não é diária mas não é um problema.

The property was in a fabulous location, very safe with lots to do close by. The staff were the most helpful and so friendly. They met our evert specific need. The breakfast was varied and very good quality. Our suite was clean and so comfortable. We had a really great stay!

The staff are nice and helpful and the room's kitchen is equipped.

I wish there were some things in the kitchen that weren't like a small towel and an oil. The laundrette is a bit expensive (5 pounds for cleaning, 4 for drying), and the gym is a bit of a lack of weights (10 kgs is the max for free weights)

Location is great, just 2 minutes walk from the Holborn station, one grocery store cross the street

The location is excellent in relation to the tube, extremely convenient for travel to and from Heathrow airport on picadilly line. Very quiet in the room due to great double glazing.

Personal preference meant the pillows were a bit hard for us.

Room was very spacious, comfy beds. We had a good nights rest. Room comes with a small kitchen you can cook complete with cookware, kitchenware, microwave and mini fridge. You can iron clothes as well. Clean room and lounge area. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. They are very welcoming and kind thanks to Linda, Leila and Kevin. Will definitely stay again with them. Pet friendly 🐶

Decent location, hallway sounds easily heard from the door.

Location was fantastic, value was exceptional for a room with 2 beds and a kitchenette.

Room was a bit small, 15 pound breakfast was a bit over priced for what was offered.

We loved the location, its near to Covent Garden, theaters and to oxford street. grocery store and bunch of restaurants are around the corner.

The hotel was very good, comfortable, spacious, clean. Personally I don't like shower gels... I prefer traditional bar soap. It's the only "comment" I can make.

Location was great

Rooms were too small They didnt put us next to our kids, altough we asked three months before. Only second night they managed to do that. Water presure in the shower was too low. No shampoo, only soap. Towels were not replaced unless you ask. Room is cleaned only once a week. Bed mattress was not replaced altough we asked. And so on....

Excellent reception by staff at desk; helpful and courteous management of my requests for change of position of room and additional item for kitchenette. Well equipped , comfortable and quiet room. Easy access to central London.

The room was clean and comfortable. Reception area nice. Staff absolutely fantastic, esp when I left my passport and needed it sending back to me. Very helpful! Location brilliant.

Had requested an extra bed twice, wasn't made up on arrival but promptly sorted. Hotel decor is a bit tatty in places.

Over priced for the quality. Lack of bathroom toiletries. Cleaning, including clean towels and linen are only done once a weak. Furniture in room is a bit shabby

The room was relatively bigger in size and the location was also good. A minute walk from Holborn station. Multiple bus stops within 2 mins walk. Various restaurants and cafes around. Leicester square is 18 mins walk. The staff was also nice. A baby crib was provided upon request. A mini Laundrette available on site. 24/7 self service coffee machine available for the guests.

Our stay was not comfortable. Not worth the price to be honest. The hotel lobby looks fine otherwise the elevator, the rooms and the bathrooms need a renovation and not very clean. No cleaning during our 4 night stay so it was a bit off for us because we had a baby and it gets messy. New towels were provided though whenever requested. There was a lot of light even when the curtains were fully drawn. Don't think I will stay here again.

deposit of 100£. id been to different hotels in London much nicer and expensive with Axiom but havent ask any deposit for safety. if a person doesnt have extra money the booking will be a waste of time
