Good location. Nice coffee tea water facilities. Spacious rooms
Fact that no cleaning done as in a hotel. Only once a week on Sundays so we stayed Monday to Friday and no cleaning done

The Hotel is very good placed, in the city center very near of the old city. Everything was perfect, clean and most important it has it's own parking because in Strasbourg City Center the Parking can cost 45 euro pro day.
I can surely recommend this Hotel.

Shared room with my daughter and 2 friends. Kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, and open-up beds were easy to open and comfortable. We were able to get decent coffee and tea from the cafeteria, which was nice in the morning. Staff was friendly and location was good.
Windows overlooked a terrace that had garbage on it (a slipper, a sock) that made the view unpleasant and feel slightly unsafe since anyone could climb up to it and enter room easily through large windows. No air-conditioning of any kind, but luckily it wasn’t so hot. The fans were helpful, but one of the rooms was just big enough for a large bed, and the placement of the outlet made it difficult to put the fan in a good place to use properly.

Excellent location, spacious and clean, bathroom and toilet are two separate rooms, quiet floor. We had room 208. Staff super friendly. Parking is safe and convenient. Staff amazing: it was our wedding anniversary and they kindly gave us free car park. Thank you.

Fantastic location, super friendly and helpful staff. laundry mat on property. 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. €5 each. great coffee all day. we occupied 1 bedroom apartment with 2 couples. Foldout sofa was very comfortable, so was bed in bedroom.
And safe parking for our bikes.

15 min walk from train station but only 2 stops if you want to catch the tram. good location with easy walking distance to the old town of Strasbourg. Little mix up with the room but all fixed up and complement breakfast include. Room was nice and clean and bed comfortable. A couple of the power points did not work but no big deal. All in all a nice hotel in a good location

All staff were very helpful and amicable. Very welcoming. Excellent location and accommodation hd all that was needed to spend a jolly good weekend at the Christmas market.

great location, easy to walk everywhere, no need to take public transportation, room was good, nice to have a small kitchen and be able to prepare a few things on your own.
breakfast was okay, not exceptional, beds were also not great, very hard pillows so that we woke up with sore necks, but I guess this depends on your preference.

the location can’t be beat
the staff at the front desk was rude, the breakfast was incredibly over priced for powdered eggs, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and there was a disgusting smell in the hall and our room with no explanation or resolution from the front desk after we made a complaint.

Great location, the room was clean and there was a supermarket around the corner. Additional door blocked noise from the hallway. The kitchenette was clean.
Coffee/tea only available from the lobby (small milk sachets were available). This coffee wasn't good. Towel quality could be improved (but previous reviews indicated this). The towel heater in the room was appreciated.

I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were in a family of 2 adults and 2 children and had a one bedroom flat and it had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable, kitchenware more than enough, and the location is absolutely perfect in a pedestrian only street with parking space for guests.
There could be an eating table in the living room.
