La ubicación estaba bien pues habían varias opciones de restauración, ocio y transporte muy cerca del alojamiento.

No nos prepararon la habitación para nosotros entrar y nadie nos dio ninguna solucion o alternativa. Pasamos la primera noche en una habitación sucia, sin poder reclamar a nadie y teniendo que ir a otro hospedaje, pagado por nosotros mismos, un sobrecoste que no esperábamos para nuestras vacaciones.

Rooms were tiny with no floor space, bed is crammed into a corner, the photos showed a bigger room. Bathroom lights didn’t work and there were no staff on site to fix, either shower in the dark or with the door open. Even on top floor and all windows closed, the sounds of the street kept us up all night. Entrance point looks horrible, none of this is made clear before arrival. Photos show a reception area you don’t use, but in reality the ground floor is just a demolition site. Can’t believe the cost of staying here, I’d want my money back.

Very noisy place, you can not find staff here, nobody can help you here, it’s not a hotel , nobody will come to clean your room, this place is not ready is under construction, No TV, no hair dryer and no other facilities, the worst thing is there is not WIFI, horrible place

The room was clean and spacious. Didn't have a TV but I don't care about that. The room could easily have held three people and had nice plates and cups. It was clearly laid out by a manly sort of person.

1. Couldn't get into the hotel at first - there was a code for the door but I had received no message with a code. 2. There was construction going on inside and one of the lads let us in. He told me to go upstairs. I did, and found a load of locked doors. Came back down, and another one of the lads said we'd have received a message with a code for the door. I had not. He said I must have. I went through all the messages I'd received and they said nothing about a code. In fact one of the messages said my questions would be answered by the reception team. The lad helping with construction said that message would have been from the group. 3. Finally the lad I was speaking to, called Muhammad, got his friend or brother to text me the codes, which was fine and we got into the room. 4. Later that night I had to leave so my room became vacant. The lads had all gone. A worried man was wandering about talking on the phone to the managers. His phone had a message saying he had booked Room 103. There is no Room 103. In the end I gave him the room I'd just vacated. His elderly parents were arriving that night and without the lucky chance of me being there he'd have had nowhere for them. 5. The hotel is listed under OYO Bros but the name outside is OYO New Dome. I suspected this and Google Maps and Google generally lists it as New Dome. Beforehand I tried to check with OYO who told me it's definitely OYO Bros. Which it isn't.

Hotel in a vibrant busy area with lots of restaurants and takeaways. Hotel is very basic but has a certain charm ;-) For us a good location at the time but the room was a little on the small side if you were staying longer than a couple of days.

for a budget hotel you get what you pay for, hard to criticise as it was clean and a great price.

The receptionist was really nice, he showed me how to get in after hours when he would no longer be there. The room was nice aswell , it was much nicer than the pictures Very affordable also, looking forward to visiting again

Photos misleading as it's clean but basic, not as pretty or spacious as photos show. Also absolutely no chance of breakfast so why show the photo??

Louder than expected due to location

I traveled over 70 miles to get to this hotel unfortunately train services had issues and arrived 15 mins after 10:00 pm called manager and only thing she said to me was … ( you should policy on Booking.com as our checking is until 10:00 pm , plus lm not coming to hotel to let you in because lm at home, ) that is not what a tired customer would like to hear from someone whom already took your money in advance, l do not recommend this hotel.

The location was great! Value for money was really good too!

The comfort of the mattress could have been better. And I was on the top floor and it was a bother to go 3-4 flights of stairs when I wanted to come down

the staff especially billy and the ladies at the breakfast time.

they overbooked my room and when i got there with my kids billy told me that afterwards. he tried hard to reached the manager who didn’t t answer but helped me find a room for the night next door that was more expensive than i expected. and despite this problem caused by them them i just received an e mail saying that payment was taken from my account. so weird, unprofessional and dishonest! they don’t deserve to be on booking.com( never had this problem before).

Breakfast was very good, location good

Hotel needs some maintenance, too many stairs, although the staff moved us from 3rd floor to first, which was much better.
