Really good location, plenty of restaurants, very close to shopping areas, lovely staff very friendly

The only issue we had was the windows did not close fully so we heard all the traffic noises, people conversation everyday. So there was a bit of lack of sleep, might have been better if room was at the other end.

The apartment we were in had smells from restaurant underneath coming into our bedroom.

Location, staff on desk are ace, apartment is spacious

It’s a bit tired, mould around the bath, no stand on one of the burners on the hob and it needed lighting with a candle lighter as no ignition, mood lighting doesn’t work in the lounge, bathroom bin lid doesn’t flip up, in the fridge the holder for liquids in the door is missing. Dining room chairs wobbly, we also found a pair of men’s under pants on the floor…. If all of these were fixed it would be a better experience

Central location and the size of the apartment with friendly staff. Underground parking was excellent and safe.

Only disappointment was the apartment requires new double glazing balcony doors and windows. Gaps at bottom of the doors need looking at good job it wasn't blowing a hoolie lol. Being on the 1st floor at the front wasn't the best as you heard all the traffic when sitting at the traffic lights, would ask for a bedroom at the back next time.

Penthouse Apartment a little tired and in need of some TLC and updating.No full length mirror anywhere; lighting a bit confusing and penthouse shower room needs updating due to cracked floor tiles; dis-functional shower.

A couple of fixtures broken, only 2 keys per room allowed which is annoying for a group of 5 men going to and from the apartment. However, staff excellent and the apartment wonderful. Value for money was incredible and location excellent. Space and size of apartment incredible aswell.

unfortunately it was not the room we thought we had booked. from the details when booking I thought I had booked the top floor room with the outside living space. I feel I have been miss sold the apartment, this was a special occasion and was planning to spend the day on the outside patio celebrating my partners birthday , only to find that when we arrived it was not the room I thought it was when I booked. I was definitely mislead to believe and therefore I am and was very disappointed. if I had known there was no outside space to relax I would not have booked that room and would of gone for a much smaller room or booked somewhere else as I have spent a lot of money on this room for no reason as we ended up having to go out for the afternoon which was not intended. I would like some kind of compensation as I feel I was miss sold the apartment from the booking site for not being completely correct in what they were offering

Excellent location with onsite parking very large lounge/kitchen. Good bar next door with reasonable priced food.

Very busy street with lots of traffic noise and early bin lorry.

Posh Pads is in a great location in Liverpool and check in was quick and easy. We were able to park our car in the underground car park which was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our two night stay. It was a lot quieter than I thought it would be bearing in mind the location. We had a great trip and wouldn't hesitate to book there again for our next visit to Liverpool.

There a few bits that could potentially do with a spruce up but it is just general wear and tear. There was a cooking smell in the apartment when we arrived, coming in from an open window, but no problems with this once the window was closed.

We were given an upgrade on arrival. The place was absolutely jaw dropping. We couldn’t believe our luck. It was like winning the jackpot

it’s secure and staff are nice

it has everything to offer washing machine dishwasher and love you have bedroom and living rooms separate the only place I ever stay when I go back to Liverpool love it xxxx

stayed before and always found it to be pleasurable, great location, would stay again

the apartment was very big and I feel that it had insufficient heating as the lounge area from what we found only had one radiator behind the bar which was too small to heat a room that size.

The beds & pillows were amazing! It was close to everything & the apartment was spectacular!

Amazing location. Spacious, clean apartments. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Apartment smelt like sewage - the sink and bath didnt drain properly and was obviously causing issues. Not enough light/natural light for getting ready (hair, make up etc!)
