The location the bed was clean and comfortable

Mould in the bathroom, tiles cracked all over the room, microwave needed replacing. Below the room was a quest’s lounge to which a party was being held and the noise continued on to all hours very inconsiderate of the other quest who were trying to sleep. For a executive suit it was in very poor condition.

We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned to an acceptable standard on three different days and were ignored.... politely. We felt that Cairns required a safer style of building, or a staff member living on site - if it is an old style motel. There were night disturbances that were a bit of a worry. We were surprised by the look inside and out after booking from the photos online.

Location was great.

Parking was not ideal for large cars/utes, the TV needed to be turned off at the power & switched back on to work - took a long time to actually turn on. The room had an awful smell to it, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, no close able window on the bathroom window meant we could hear the backpackers next door ALL night.

Warm and helpful greeting in reception, check in was simple and quick. Parking easily accessed with nice outdoor undercover seating/smoking area. 2 bdrm apartment on first floor was spacious with every ammenity imaginable, rooms beautifully prepared and clean and neat. Seperate a/c in all rooms. With windows closed no street noise. Security chain for front sliding door. Will definitely book to stay here again.

A/c in lounge would not work, likely needed new batteries for remote. A dowel for base of sliding door would be a welcome cheap security addition for overnight, seeing as how main lock looks to have been attempted to have been bypassed in past. Otherwise, great stay.

I really appreciated the ability to change the night of my stay when our flight was cancelled at the last minute. It made us a day later than expected. The staff were really accommodating plus when we arrived, we’d been upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit and that was really nice. I also really liked the security chains as an extra safety feature.

It’s a basic unit and it’s no frills but it’s clean, the linen was fresh so what’s not to like.

a bit run down. My plane was cxl twice would only let me change dates for one. Ended up paying for 2 nights only stayed one

Hotel is the main road and takes 5 mins to boulevard. Pool was good
