Beautiful space with amazing views. Super clean and lovely touches e.g. tim tams, 2 litres milk and bottled water in fridge, lots of coffee pods and assortment of teas, netflix, secure building. Water pressure in showers was nice and strong.

One light switch in second bathroom to light toilet and shower rooms.

Location - easy walking distance to CBD, restaurants and marina. Coffee machine, pods, tea, sugar, milk, water all provided. Beds were very comfortable.

Blinds in 1 bedroom were shear (light filtering) and not block out. Street lights and lighting from the beach volley ball / basketball fields lit up the bedroom during the night.

It has a good view because it’s at 11th floor. We can use pools which are for guests of the next hotel.

A bit far from city center. No shop or restaurant near around.

The view was great and there are beach volleyball just outside the complex (unfortunately no beach volleyball available in apartment so we had to buy one ourselves). The Muddy's playground is close and great for children (aged 4-9 I would say will like this playground). You can also grab a bite at Muddy's.

There are tennis rackets in the apartment but one is so bad it is not really playable. We were a family of five and we wrote to the hosts when the toilet paper was coming to an end asking for new rolls but never got a reply on that so we had to buy our own (coming from two other self contained apartments in Australia, all those items were refilled without even asking on those other stays). It is stated that the gym is closed due to Covid. The reality is that the Rydges esplanade to which this complex previously was part of has been bought by a Chinese business man. He owns the gym (and tennis courts I presume) and the gym needs updates to be safe but the owner does not want to spend more money so it is closed until that is handled so do not count with a gym right now. The airconditioner filters didn't seem to have been cleaned in a while but nothing that disturbed the stay.
