Where do I begin. The place is so run down, it needs a complete overhaul, a total renovation. It was musty (smelly) the tiny kettle in the room didn't even work (and it took them all day to replace it). They 'USED' provide a buffet breakfast, that's now gone !! We were booked in for three nights, we booked out after night one !!

Check would have been easy, but they insisted on copy of husbands passport becasue he booked it, but he was in UK. This caused delays and a lot of unnecessary hassle.
Rooms were spacious enough.
Staff were peasant and helpful but not empowered to make decisions, followed process robotically (same as most places in Philippines).
The whole place is a bit tired and dated. The first room was nice enough but the shower didn't work. The second room faced the street and was very noisy - trucks, motorbike and horns at 4 AM!
Breakfast was poor - very limited choice and low quality.

Some deives in cr is not workong properly, i do not recommend their pool because it is not that totally treated.

Spacious two bed room suite at a fair price, central location for lots of shopping malls. Staff were super helpful and very nice.
The whole hotel has seen better days and is neglected. The breakfast was very limited choice wise.

The staff and specially the Manager was very accommodating which is really made our stay wonderful. I wish the breakfast is buffet style. Over all our stay for 4 nights was amazing. Thank you for all the staff and to the Crown Regency Mactan location.

Very convenience. They only concerned I have was the noise from the passers by vehicles since it’s right on the Main Street. The staff are all nice and they helped us all the way thru what we need and stuff.
Noise from the passers bye vechiles- building is just right around the main road.

The staff were pleasant.
Poor breakfast choice, no buffet. Lots of mosquito bites. Room was tired and the furniture is from a different era. Bathroom was dirty / tired. The whole place needs a refurb.

Nice hotel but in need of a refurbishment. On the very limited menu most items that our group of seven tried to order were unavailable. As a result we ate elsewhere.

staff were very nice and helpful
where do I start? The room was dirty, had cockroaches, tv in rooms did not work, kitchen had no plates or knife or forks and spoon. No working gas on cooktop. Pictures on website are old and out of date which are misleading. Overall very disappointed.

The hotel was great & the staff were very helpful. Will be staying again but will pay a bit extra & have one of the higer up rooms.
The only issues were it is very close to a main road & night club so ut can be very load in the evening & there are some building work that starts at 6 in the morning.
When I stay again I am going to pay a bit extra & get one of the higher up rooms.

I like the spacious bed--twin size bed, both are queen size. Although the adverts says that the room is good for 2, it seems that the room is good for four.
The place needs upgrading with the decorations. The interior used marbles which does not deplete as years pass by but there are other amenities that needs upgrading such as the lift, shower heads, and the kitchen area in the rooms.
