Es un Resort muy grande y lindo. Con grandes piscinas y actividades diarias que se pueden hacer. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso. La habitación muy amplia cómoda. La comida del restaurante del hotel muy buena. El personal siempre atento y amable. Todo nos gustó

Facilities are aplenty and location is superb!

Whole resort looks slightly dated but nevertheless still comfortable. WiFi is slow.

Sunset swim up rooms were very spacious and seemed relatively newly decorated. The pool outside our room was lovely.

The hotel itself is looking a little tired but it seems to be under constant maintenance. Not that any maintenance affected our stay.

Graceland was amazing! The staff were helpful, I can’t fault our stay.

People reserving pool chairs and not using them, it was impossible to find any seats that didn’t have towels on them by any of the pools.

Different areas so could always find a place to suit your mood (fun pool, quiet pool, cafe, restaurant etc. Great choice at breakfast, all very good. Great location right next to the beach. Super fast lifts.

Breakfast dining room very noisy, would have been nice to have a quiet area for us older people withiut children. Huge hotel, so took ages to walk to our room - best to specify if you can't walk well.

Der deutsche Concierge Kevin war eine große Hilfe, hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war extrem nett. Vielen Dank noch mal an dieser Stelle für den tollen Service.

Das Frühstück war ziemlich voll und laut. Leider konnte man nicht draußen sitzen, die wenigen Plätze waren so stark mit Vögeln frequentiert, dass es keinen Spaß gemacht hat.

location was good, and food at the hotel was good, but many cockroaches were seen,, so that put a stop to eating there

lack of privacy when i had bought pool access sunset room,,, lounges were just opposite and people just looked over, felt a bit awkward,, and the constant use of our balcony to jump into the water and use of jacquzi kids running in our room area, no peace, not on

Superbe établissement à quelques minutes du centre de Patong La partie du sel est magnifique et bien plus moderne que l autre . Nous avons eu une belle attention ( fleurs sur le lit ) pour notre anniversaire de mariage Petit dej de fou !

Piękny, duży hotel, pokoje czyste i przestronne, świetnie wyposażone, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Duża ilość basenów, leżaki dostępne o każdej porze dnia. Śniadania różnorodne i co najważniejsze przepyszne. Personel dba o najdrobniejsze szczegóły, jesteśmy zachwyceni (zostajemy jeszcze przez miesiąc).

Warto usprawnić system zakwaterowania gości, skoro doba jest od 15:00, to pokój powinien być na tą godzinę przygotowany (mieliśmy dwie rezerwacje i w jednym i drugim przypadku szukano dla nas pokoju).

- beach was surprisingly good, it’s at the edge of patong and quite a good one (more on the level of kata/karon) - breakfast is decent, good verity and options

- no tanning beds. Literally none. One day I was awake at 6AM I saw people running to place towels and stuff. - it’s good for families but if you are after relaxation then nah! - most of the rooms and buildings are outdated, but some of the “sunset” rooms are modern and located in newly renovated buildings. - I had multiple situations with reception staff where I’d ask a question, and their immediate response is “no”. In one case I asked to please check in the system at least and show for a second they actually care.

The swim-up room was great and really good breakfast

The location is perfect and the facilities but the staff at reception needs changing and breakfast was quite poor. People at the reception are not good enough for this hotel, they were very annoyed every time I asked about something. I did ask them to help me, they did help me at the end but they were so unhappy with helping me and that is quite unusual for Thailand.

The facilities and the location

Room size, pool water beautiful and clean easy walk into main areas. Staff brilliant, very courteous and friendly.

Breakfast was a shambles, kids and adults alike a real free for all. Only discovered sunset lounge for breakfast later, more subdued and relaxed. The hotel need an 'Adults only' pool area. The main pool is massive and should just cater for kids or allocate a section of the 'new pool' area, perhaps near the road, just for adults that want to chill/read a book/talk. Both pool bars can get quite rowdy at times.

The location of the property and the size of the rooms are very nice

The toilets has curtains which is opens from the bedrooms. Very bad choice if you have family and kids.

- The hotel was very old and the furniture was broken and old. The smell of the room was bad and the room was not clean. The staff there were not respectful to us. I booked for 7 nights and I did check out on the first night because I cannot stay at this hotel for one night more.
