The Concierge Manager Bayan and the the Transport Manager Ashwaq were brilliant. Bayan was supportive and helped with every small and big queries and also soothed the tension with the duty manager on 28 September 2024 who unnecessarily was rude. Ashwaq was helpful in arranging the car for tours. She also gave tips on local issues and markets. The cleaning staff were fantastic and had eye for details in their work. The breakfast restaurant was great and tried to provide variety in breakfast every morning.

The breakfast tables should be cleared only after guests leave or they should put a notification that they would start to clear the breakfast tables at 1000 am. Otherwise, one may feel unwelcome to be sitting in a breakfast room when the tables are being cleared.

Location is great, literally steps from the Mosque. The breakfast options are good.

Old, it’s really showing its age but they’re in the process of renovating. Maybe not worth the price until then. Also we called two times to get the bathroom cleaned ( right after we checked in, even before using it) but no one came even after waiting for half an hour, so we had to switch rooms, which took another half hour.

We did like everything in the hotel

generally, the hotel was very good except for behavioral issues a head of travelling to Medinah where someone called us to say do not arrive before 16:00 although our arrival was a late one anyway. we think this is inappropriate from such a top hotel and i am writing that hoping the hotel will look into such "policy" i booked the room with dinner which was OK however looking at the value of money the dinner was not top.

To mention good things, Mr. Sayyed of the breakfast buffet was very helpful and deserves to be named with great appreciation. Also, the reception gentleman at arrival was very polite and helpful.

Prime location within the courtyard of the Prophet's Mosque, offering a magnificent view of the Haram and conveniently located near the women's entrance. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and the staff is courteous and accommodating. The lobby is nice, and there are separate elevators for VIP visitors.

A bit outdated, though there was a notice in the hotel lobby indicating that a renovation project is in the works.

Only Location Next to Masjed.

Rude staff Especially the Lady who checked us in the Reception. Total ignorance & Neglecting when the saw we are Elderly gusts. We paid for a Room with city View & they fave us Just Standard Room Saying (you should have booked directly with the Hotel )😡 I sent a massage to request a Room Change and Nobody Cared.
