Firstly the location is excellent.

the rooms and washroom are quite small and has limited space for ppl to move around also there is no car parking available which make it quick exhausting to find parking some where els

ALL staff were amazing and very helpful throughout my stay at the Golden Tulip Al-Zahabi in Medina.They went above and beyond with everything I needed. The hotel room I was in was both spacious and had all the facilities required. The breakfast was good too with a range of options available. The best part of this hotel is that it has an ideal location to Masjid Nabawi. It is literally outside the women's entrance (338) to the masjid so you can easily get there to pray salah, which is a bonus.

فندق مميز جدا والفندق المفضل لي أقرب فندق في المدينة المنورة لمصلى النساء باب رقم 25 باب سيدنا عثمان بن عفان فاتح على سور الحرم مباشرةً باب رقم 338 حسن المعاملة وحسن الاستقبال والتعامل والتعاون مع النزيل وخاصة لكبار السن ( معي والدتي) تم ترقية حجزي بدون زيادة في السعر

ماشاء الله تبارك الرحمن كل شي جمييييل والأهم قربه من الحرم وخاصة بوابة النساء رقم 25

مساحة الغرف ليست سيئة ولكن ياحبذا لو كانت أكبر قليلا.. ثانيا /الإزدحام على المصاعد والإنتظار وخاصة أوقات الصلوات مما يعيق اللحاق بالصلاة لو بدأ. الأمام فيها ...... .ام محمد ......السعوديه..

الموقع فقط ممتاز قريب جدا من بوابة النساء مشي دقيقة تقريبًا والموظفين محترمين يجتهدون لكن الفندق سيء جدا

الغرفة صغيرة جدا لا تستطيع التحرك بها والسرير صغير ممكن تقع منه، دورة المياه صغيرة جدا ولا تستطيع الحركة بها ولا تغيير الملابس كما ان الدش لا يعمل والمغسلة صغيرة تسبب انتشار الماء على الملابس الاثاث قديمة والسعر لا يتناسب مع مستوى الغرفة اما السحور دون المستوى بمراحل مكان ضيق والاطباق عبارة عن فطور بيض مسلوق ولبنة ولا توجد اطباق جيدة ولم نستمتع بالاكل ابدا

Les ascenseurs un vrai calvaire aux heure de pointes un des membres du personnel de nuit (Turki) tres peu compréhensif ainsi qu’une différence fait concernant le restaurant apparemment une partie était réservée pour un groupe indien sauf qu’il y avait deux salon 1 « indien » 1 « international » l’indien était bien plus chaleureux et bien plus fourni au buffet

The double rooms are a mere 11 sqm where there was no space to open even a cabin suitcase, let alone a full suitcase which had to be opened on the bed. Since we took two rooms, the next day reception manager upgraded us to a two bedroom family suite with a large living room.
