No dental kit, not enough electricity sockets

hôtel très bien situé à quelques pas du masjid : dès qu'on sort par la porte de l'hôtel on est déjà en face du masjid. personnel accueillant, professionnel et très serviable. la chambre était confortable et très propre. petit déjeuner complet et varié. l'hôtel est simple, confortable, chaleureux. juste parfait pour l'expérience à Medine.

Myself only opt for break, it’s great. The hotel near to where I need to go, very convenient.

اتمنى اعادة تصميم الشقة لانها كبيرة جدا ولا يوجد بها الا غرفتين نوم،الأثاث قديم يجتاج الى تجديد.

Everything was good. Very tasty food ,super helpful and amazingly professional staff. Head of Concierge and Muhammed Ali(Concierge)were so helpful.

Nothing in particular but better furnishings/decor of the living room and the kitchenette arrangement may give a better feeling.

Location & Staffs

Rooms need to renovate. Stayed in Room 326 for 2 days , got smell in bathroom. For next 3 days, Moved to Room 426 and fine.

Very good breakfast, Nice and helpful staff, got a 3-bedroom apartment, clean, suitable for big families.

Old Hotel and furniture, i was disappointed with the room condition, i am sure it use to be the best hotel in town but now it's too old, old carpet which is not healthy especially for people with allergies or asthma.

Location is excellent at the very heart of Medina. Staff especially door staff were extremely helpful. One of them excelled in assisting me. Reception staff are also helpful. During my stay I also received a telephone call or two from hotel staff to see whether I needed anything; which is a very good example of personal attention.

Hotel does not have gymn facilities.

Nice place with close proximity to Alharam.

Car parking was not provided even though it was mentioned in the booking request. The corridor to the rooms needs some attention,

Location is 8 minutes walking from Haram, house keeping staff are very cooperative and helpful. Staff at the restaurant are very decent and showing hospitality. Also quality of food and variety are excellent.

The front office/ reception Staff are careless and helpless. Seems they are not getting the same training like staff at the restaurant. Only two elevators are serving the lower floors, creating long waiting specially during prayer times. Restaurant area is very small and gets crowded during Ramadan.

Clearly not a 5 star hotel! they ask you for feedbacks and then when you give them they ask you not to put the real feedbacks on booking and to give them at least a 8 otherwise they will have problems

الاجنحة واسعة جدا كشقق فندقية

لا يوجد فرن في المطبخ و هو شيء اساسي ليكون المطبخ مكتمل. الموظفين بلغونا انه ممنوع من الدفاع المدني.

كل شي يدعو للفخر في هذا الفندق واشجع السكن فيه لمن اراد الزيارة

I have chosen Dar Al Higra for the near location to Haram, BUT is is overpriced for the facilities offered. On checked in after midnight in I asked for non-smoking room and was told that they don't have. At the same time, another customer arrived and asked for smoking room and was told that they don't have either. When entered the room: it was very strong smelly smoking room! limited space with three beds squeezed in twin bedded room. I checked with reception and told that there are no other room available! The room facility was old with hardly any maintenance for many years and broken equipment (i have a photo of the broken iron). I would not recommend Dr Al Higra for other customer at this price!
