we paid an extra $45 to enter room early. it was dirty. smoke alarm was not hooked up. Cord hanging down from it. milk in fridge frozen. blinds were filthy. Looked like blood on them. Walls were stained with god knows what. Drawings on wall in bathroom. Didn’t sit on lounge as it was stained. pictures of room online were nothing like the room we stayed in. arrived Saturday left Monday and our room was not serviced once. Wish i took photos. Really disappointed. We have always found our rooms from booking.com great. This place was awful. Paid extra money for a dump.

very old, needs a very very good clean. burns in carpet, cockroaches in kitchenette no mattress protector on beds. Empty pkt of panadol under bed. TV supported with a piece of board. Dusty and one window had a big crack in it, like a rock had been thrown at it.

I couldn’t stay at the property because I did not feel safe as the external door would not close. It was open when I arrived and I was am unable to close it when I left feeling unsafe. I explained to staff that I didn’t feel that the accomodation was safe and secure because of this and I would not have booked accomodation that did not have a closing external door. Had to arrange to stay at another venue.

Booked a room with two double beds for myself and my sister. Accommodation was moved twice on short notice, and there was only one double bed when I got there. Had to sleep on the floor as a result. Rang to see why we were given one double bed when I requested and paid for two. Customer service was not helpful and did not provide any support/alternative option.

staff not helpful and were impatient with the wifi access, other guests were smoking inside the property so the stairway and hallway stunk of cigarettes - complained to staff but it seemed to be an ongoing issue that wasn’t fixed, security for building was smoking with guests, would have been good if the apartment was close to reception which was 1/2km away from apartment

Location was very goof. APARTMENT WAS BASIC BUT VERY CLEAN. BED WAS COMFORTABLE

Having to relocate to another set of apartments in a different street was inconvenient.I rang to say we would be late checking in and was told I would be rung by someone 'to explain procedure NOT DONE The check in after hours was a fiasco. Other guests were confused also.

Staff were friendly and it was in a convenient spot. On site parking was great

DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Where do I start. Apartment not clean. Shower was not appropriate unless you wanted to stand on the toilet at the end of the bath to get wet, and could not use the bath as there was no plug. Couch was like sitting on a rock and the back was not very high. Dining chairs were plastic and broken. The cleaner forgot to actually clean the room. Dead spider on the wall and something else had been squashed on the wall just above it. Sink in bathroom blocked. Could not wash the dishes in the kitchen sink because the plug had a hole in the middle. Management wanted nothing to do with our complaints. After reading some reviews while staying in this apartment we found someone had a smoke alarm issue so I checked the one in our room and there was no battery in it. This is a legal requirement. The photos on the Web page shows nice bright clean rooms that's not what you get now. It was more comfortable to sit on the floor. Don't expect a breakfast pack like the photos show cause there isn't one. Blow dryer glowed red when turned on maybe not a good thing to use incase it catches fire because the smoke alarm won't go off. Please do not stay here you will be disappointed. They have 3 apartment buildings in the area, reception only at the main building shown on their Web page. There are no phones to contact reception. Management was rude and hung up the phone when we called about the smoke alarm, she even accused us of taking the battery out. I took lots of photos just wish I could share them all so people could see how bad they are. I can't believe they can still operate.

Big appartment with multiple rooms, good blackout curtains in the bedroom and nice location.

Rooms don't seem to be very well maintained, so they aren't overly pretty, but they suit if you're not planning on being there much. No elevator and the room was a few blocks from where reception is, so was very difficult with a big bag.

if your room is on the 3th floor (315), prepare yourself for a scary movie experience. 2 times the police had to come for domestic violence, very rude permanent tenants, insulting each other and giving each other horrible treatment. The most heartbreaking part is small children crying in the hallway all the time for the horrible situation. these tenants didn’t feel shy at all we saw them fighting and yelling, (our room was right in front of their room). When we passed to the room one of them ironically said “welcome to Melbourne” while his partner was Screaming and kids crying on the other side of the door. We were there 2 nights. On new year's eve, we left feeling so worried to go out and find one of these tenants. The kids were left alone in the room for the night. We felt extremely insecure in when in the room and even when leaving the room. Unfortunately, even though we advise the reception of the situation their reaction was “do we need to call the police AGAIN?”… Meaning they were aware of what was happening and it was a common thing for them. The administration: ❌didn’t care about our security ❌didn’t offer to change the room Didn't apologise or tried to manage the situation accordingly

Location was good.

No one at reception to check us in. Waited 30 minutes for someone to arrive. Wouldn't answer the phones in the meantime. Accommodation doesn't look like photos. Broken door handles and blinds. Easierly could be fixed but doesn't sound like much effort is being put in at this Accommodation.

Had to clean before we could touch anything. Could not even put clothes in the wardrobe. Hard plastic chairs that were very uncomfortable maybe ok for a night but not 9 days. Had to put plastic bags on the shelf in the bathroom as could not put our things on the shelf. Staff were nice and very helpful
