Good location and good adherence to covid protocols (checking vaccine certificate etc). Generally helpful staff.

It’s a basic hotel and not quite what was shown in photos. Two levels of rooms, walk up stairs. Very little leeway on early check in/late check out.

Rooms were stinky. Water logging in room.

Allotted room was not provided. They provided twin bed and joined them with a comforter. Despite change in dates they charged for the earlier booking amount.

Food

Nothing. I only came back to sleep because of the horrible experience all day long.

Three day long wedding functions in the property screwed my stay. Noisiest surroundings with loud music all day, all night, busy staff, drunk guests attending the wedding... Every thing that could be bad was bad

breakfast, room, location

1. Had to fill lot of forms during checkin. Took lot of time. 2. They played very loud music in their swiming pool area which was very disturbing in rooms. Couldnt even sleep properly. 3. During breakfast we had to wait for a table not because it was crowded but because many vacant tables were left uncleared uncleaned. 4. Dosa chef during breakfast was not efficient. He didnt knew how to put dosa. He was wasting time showing like he was very busy. 5. Our room had a common door with the next room. People talking their was heard in our room. It was very disturbing and no privacy. 6. No proper space for parking car here. It's very conjusted. Security will keep your car key if in case they have to move any other car around yours.

The rooms were clean and had a nice pool view....breakfast was very good with customizable options and a live dosa station and egg bar...however, the location of the resort is a little disappointing as the Candolim beach is around 5 min walk from the resort and the road is infested with stray dogs...Staff was very courteous and helpful. They even helped us arrange for the external activities including sightseeing, water sports etc at a very competitive price...

I would have loved the resort to have its own beach....or have more indoor activities to keep the kids engaged...Additionally, they had the poolside occupied late evenings for private group parties with loud music which restricted entry for other guests to poolside

SPA Facility is extremely good with very nice professional people appointed. I liked the most. Next time I will definitely come for SPA again.
