normal things like any other hotel it was my 2nd visit to your hotel ,,out of 5 If i rate 1)security n valet I rate 7 star 2) restaurant staff 5

1)Worst room dining..i had to order food for my 3 year old baby ...the response everyday we don't serve chapati,,n there's a grinning person as if i asked something from heaven its very pensive. 2)I asked the previous day pls make my bill ready i cant keep my aged mother n baby waiting to clear the bill upon ur people checking out as if i stole something,,,,,very bad they kept me waiting i said i will clear i don't need the bill.... Sir Goa n golden tulip will have its wavelength of sea,,who as an entity like me can bring out the change in quality n behaviour but its not the happiness n warmth i expected

AMAZING STAFF ,very humble and helpful Specially Kiran in Resturant.

The staff in the restaurant was rude

Food was not good, tea specially was pathetic. You can only rely on live counters for the breakfast otherwise not that good taste..with so much high price.

Everything Balcony in room is a plus point. Candolim beach is very near which makes the stay experience exceptional.

Checkin time is bit too late for someone landing from Delhi straight to their hotel. I had to wait for 5 hours to get rooms.

service apartment was big and clean.

The Wi-Fi was hit and miss. I contacted regarding the same and no effective solution was put

1. Was provided an early checkin ( 12PM instead of 3PM) 2. Room size and bed size ( would suggest to avoid superior room if you are loking for any kind of view) 3. Room Service and dining service was top notch 4. Bike and car on rent is available right in front of the hotel. Rates were very nominal despite we going in season 5. Food quantity and taste ( even the rates were not high, try chicken pizza, chicken burger, mutton vindaloo etc.) 6. Staff members are super friendly 7. Seating capacity available inside restaurant 8. Although limited, but breakfast menu was not repeated any day

1. Breakfast spread can be increased ( of course you have option of made to order for dosa eggs and sausages, but still can have more items) 2. Hotel location is a bit inside 3. Fan was not available in rooms, had AC only (considering it was cold season, Fan would have been ideal ) 4. Game room has only foosball and pool table 5. There was some swimming pool service going on ( they had another pool open for customers though )which was not of a bigger issue but at times the noise of hammering was not pleasant

Breakfast was good but it could have been better

Although they have mentioned that check in time is 3 PM but if you reach early then they will keep you waiting for 4-5 hours and say that room is getting ready, they have the room but they show that it is not available.The staff is not competent enough to handle the guests. The price which I paid was far more than the quality of the property. I had to cut short my trip a day earlier due to death in the family but was not reunded.They took away my hard earned money of Rs. 10500.
