Excellent property with lovely rooms

we liked everything about the property, rooms were clean, food is excellent but for one staff during our breakfast who kicked us out rudely because people were waiting. never experienced anything like this and this was a shock for us. our holiday was excellent except for this shocker.

Excellent location. Very well maintained property. The food is very good.

Price is on the higher side. The staff was not very cooperative. I came in early morning as my train reached very early to Goa. I had enquired before and was assured that they would make some facilities available to me as check in was at 2pm. When I arrived at the property i was told that I have to wait in the lobby for around 5-6 hours till check in time. I had a 3 year old kid with me, so it was not something which could work for me. They said if a room gets an early checkout then they will see if they can make a room available. After a lot of haggling, they gave me room after charging a hefty early check in fee. This means that room was available, but for some reason they were unwilling to offer it to me. I didn't like this experience. Would have been good to have a welcoming experience on arrival.

Resort is right on the beach , beach access is so easy and hardly a min walk. You don’t have to worry about taking out a vehicle to reach a beach. The room service , breakfast buffet was splendid . The pool and the property are very well maintained and the staff are very courteous.

Our flights were early in the morning , we are scheduled property around 7 am . Had to wait in the lobby until 11 am to get a room. We were with a child. Breakfast section becomes really crowded around 9 am. We were asked to leave the table to accommodate other guests. We simply left and did not say anything.

The management is excellent. The food at the coffee shop is superb. Breakfast was great. All the staff were friendly and very hospitable. the property is right next to the Taj Holiday Village but 100 times better than the Taj, in my opinion! The views are fabulous! Only book pool view, garden view or sea view rooms. The base category rooms do not have any view. We had a wonderful time and will surely return!

The reception staff seem hesitant when asked questions. We had to see a few rooms till we found the one we liked.
