All clean except stains on the carpet

Breakfast was nice the food was lovely staff was very friendly. My room was very clean I definitely will stay again.👌🏾

The only thing that I didn’t like is the chambermaid knocking my room about 9am checking out time is at 11am i didn’t like that I was disturbing in my sleep.

Hotel was clean, well kept, modern and yet kept the historical aspect of the building. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all amazing. When we had a problem with the room they worked hard to try and resolve it. Also… Plug sockets next to the bed! A lot of hotels are switching to only USB next to the bed which is bad for us as Husband has a Sleep Apnea machine.

Our bath was broken, though the staff tried their best to fix it for our stay it was obviously very broken before we checked in. Could not fault the staff for the way they handled the situation.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were located on top penthouse floor. 6th floor I think. Lift was dead for entire weekend. was told was dead much anger. we were a family of 6. Imagine lifting all those suitcases to top floor. when you arrive late evening you will have to scramble for parking.

There are many things that are tired especially the carpets. in the corridors, stairs and off course into the rooms. Booked a table, some guests arrived at 9:30 only to be told they are late and kitchen is closed. tried to order chips and wings in the kitchen for my Children - Kitchen closed. chef is leaving - even when he was still there. Very poor communication - one receptionist told us that people were on the way to repair lift and the other soon said lift was not going to be worked on anytime soon. I had requested to check in at 1:00pm, I got a reply saying it was fine. I arrived at 2:45, none of the rooms were ready. Phone in the room but there is no numbers guide in the room if you want to call reception or kitchen. You walk 4flights of stairs down to reception to get the simplest information

Very comfy room. The food is good value and they have a 2 courses for £25 with a drink and this includes sirloin steak. Very nice breakfast as well. Plenty of parking.

Shower wasn't very hot.

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was in the old part of the hotel and not up to the usual standard due to repairs going on. It was cramped and dingy.

Restaurant was superb, food of a very high standard for the price charged

I was in a room that is yet to be refurbished, it was very tired

Next to venue of wedding and good traffic connection.

I’m a frequent visitor to London Croydon Aerodrome Hotel. It’s convenient for me on many levels, location, price and comfort.

Everything else was nice - except the shower that had just hot water that prevented me from having a shower/ i didnt have breakfast as i did not opt for it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very cosy, Only that the shower was busy producing only hot water. No cold water was coming through so i was unable to take a shower. It could be improved by making both cold and hot water come through the shower. You cant just shower with hot scalding water/

Good room, could sleep very comfortably

Very good - the room was a smaller room and what we expected for the size of it. Easy to check in and easy to check out. We only went there to sleep so did not experience any other facilities, it was fine for a night visit.

It was a bit annoying that you had to pay for parking on top of the stay.

Noise from traffic through the windows. Air on not working.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Food very good.

Our room was located on the top floor which gets very warm in hot weather due to its flat roof painted black. On this occasion the air con wasn't working so we had a portable unit by the window with an exhaust hose hanging out the window! Not too impressive but to make things worse our room overlooked the very busy and very noisy Purely Way and of course we couldn't shut the window!
