I have been bitten multiple times in the night and found the floors etc to be a unclean only the floors but I have been bitten by some sort of bug multiple times in the night

Would have preferred firmer beds.

Conveniently located near to both bus and train/tram station + near Tesco Express for groceries shopping. Good heating system, kitchen and washing machine available. It's only 10 minutes bus ride to Crystal palace Selhurst Park Stadium.
For light sleeper the passing ambulance in front of the place and the train at the back of the place will keep you up all night. About sleep, the mattress are not comfy...can feel the spring/coil and the noise of the spring Uhhhh 😩
The cupboard mirror must go, it's hazardous especially for children. The water temperature in the shower it's tricky....Hot water on and off.
Croydon is south London town, it'll take an hour or two of two bus ride to centre of London.

.Absolutely disgusting,bugs and ants everywhere,nothing like the in the pictures that are online,place very old and outdated,broken and old furniture, bathroom facilities old and outdated and broken..I don't recommend

location is very convenient. There’s a shopping mall with two grocery stores only 5 minute walk away. Also, west croydon bus, train, tram station only 4 minutes walk away.
It’s an older place, needs a little attention as furniture is well worn and the carpets on stairs leading to the apartments are in need of replace or cleaning. This is not the Ritz Carlton it’s a modest place in a city of working class type people … BUT for the price and location I would stay again for sure.

The bed was comfortable.
There was no sofa so we sat on the two dining chairs to watch TV. The Wi-fi didn't work. There's no access to the garden from the 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen isn't finished properly, with jagged chipboard under the kitchen sink which grazed my foot. The kitchen items needed a good wash as they had food on them.

the flat is so dirty. Many ants in the kitchen and on the floor. When we arrived there were things of somebody else. There isn't nothing to clean and wash. I suppose there are bedbugs because my father had a lot of bites on his skin.
So, i chose the flat for the position but i never book it again.

I didn’t like the fact there there was a very busy brothel on the floor above, open from
17:00-06:00. The prostitutes leave the door on the latch so their seedy customers can come and go as they please. My girlfriend left the apartment to find a dirty old man loitering around in the communal areas for a bunk up!
On expressing our concerns we were laughed at by the cleaners we had no other option but to stay as we had paid up front and currently homeless

Great apartment! We were comfortable and had everything we needed to make it home whilst working away in London.
Would highly recommended, especially on the cost front.

The only thing I liked about the apartment was the gentleman that assisted with the very many issues that kept popping up during my stay. I believe his name is Umar ( Not sure about the spelling) he was accommodating and very polite
Think about a run down apartment. Dirty, stained toilet, wash hand basin that wouldn’t drain, it was a nightmare I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience.

The facility manager (Kumar) was very helpful, flexible and responsive.
The property was on a major road - so there was a lot of noise.

not all cutlery available and had to request some of the equipment but that was sorted quickly
