The staff were pleasant and helpful especially those helping out at breakfast time. We received help to carry our bags to our rooms. Its very close to Croydon High Street.

The rooms are too small. The fact that the same door was used for the wardrobe as well as the bathroom and toilet.

The location is just perfect. The hotel is halfway between the Gatwick airport and the city. Travelling to the city is easy and comfortable. Approx. 30 minutes, 1 or 2 stations and we were in the heart of London. We stayed in the hotel with 3 kids (11, 13 and 14) and 3 "kids" of twenty. All of us were satisfied with the cleanliness.The breakfast was wonderful. Each of us could find various food to eat. I really appreciated vegetables, yoghurts, saugages, muslis, and jams. Coffee machine provides different types of coffee. You can have dinner until 10 p.m. every day. The menu is varied and each of us could find wonderful meals. We felt that Manoj was with us all the time. Whenever we appeared, he was there. He paid attention to every detail. One of our kids cannot eat milk. We did not ask for lactose free products, he nevertheless offered our kid lactose free yogurt. He was absolutely fantastic. We are very grateful for this wonderful stay. Thanks again!! :-)

Conveniently located next to East Croydon station, the hotel has nice rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast has a good variety and the staff (especially Manoj) will do the best they can to accommodate extra requests

The staff was amazing! A large group of 40+ came and The staff (especially Manoj and Garima) really helped out amd made this the best experience yet staying in london. I would highly recommend this hotel as the food is great, the staff is very friendly and helping, rooms are excellent and overall, the location wad just perfect. Box Park was an amazing visit also in the area!

Friendly and helpful staff. The location close to the East Croydon Station is very good. Easy checkin. Shower was good. Good pillows.

Tried to go to bed around 11pm but very bad sound insulation so could hear other guests coming and going and slamming doors (fire doors everywhere that weren't quiet) until 1am. Breakfast was poor quality. Bed felt very soft / springy.

Breakfast and location for my needs was great. Staff also very nice and helpful

Unfortunately I didn't have a good night's sleep. The room was unnecessarily warm, opened window middle of the night and it still didn't hugely help. Very firm mattress too. Something bothered me enough not to let me sleep until 2am and woke me up at 5ish with a very dry face and throat. Heating was not on fyi

The rooms were compact but still big enough for the 3 of us. The staff were very accommodating with one of my partners who is a wheelchair user and couldn't fault them at all. We had questions and also requests and each was met without fail

Sehr nettes Personal , vor allem der Kellner Mongy.Er hat uns immer frische Waffeln gebracht und stets gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Beim Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Auswahl sein können. Mehr Wurstsorten , Käsesorten , Gemüse und Obst.

The staff were excellent in every post. The lady housekeeper was quick and got my room back to a high standard with no fuss. Manoj in the restaurant in the evenings and at breakfast was so helpful and always smiling. Hospitality relies heavily on front of house staff and this hotel has a great team to rely on. Well done.

Logging in to the wifi wanted me to tick what state I was in. There was no option for the locality of this hotel. The offer of going to reception to have this sorted is a little task I could do without for such a pathetic mishap. It would be nice if the hotel offered free parking. The quality of the food was good but the standard of ingredients was not quite right. But I suppose fresh ingredients would be difficult to provide. No fried eggs at breakfast.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön geräumig & das Bett sehr bequem. Das Hotel war trotzdessen, dass es is in der Nähe vom Bahnhof war sehr ruhig! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 10 Stock & die Aussicht war einfach nur unglaublich schön. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ca. 20 Minuten zum Gatwick Airport & ca. 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption sowie am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Außerdem war Manoj beim Frühstücksbuffet immer zur Stelle & hat bei den Gästen immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob man noch etwas vermisst, was heutzutage sehr selten ist. Er hat auch für die Gäste frische Waffeln zubereitet mit den Toppings deiner Wahl. Diese waren der Hammer!! Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen, der sich London ansehen möchte!!

We had a delightful experience during our stay at the hotel, thanks largely to the wonderful staff and their attentive service. The rooms were clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options. A special mention must go to Mr. Manoj, who was extraordinarily helpful throughout our stay. He was attentive to all our needs, addressing any issues immediately with great care and professionalism. Moreover, Mr. Manoj provided us with invaluable tips for exploring London.

The hospitality from the staff was impeccable they were really welcoming and attentive. Especially Manoj who guided us to where everything was at the Breakfast Buffet. In particular took care of our dietary requirements and provided us with veggie sausages. Overall we had a really great experience thanks to Manoj and the whole team for the hospitality and we will definitely be visiting again.
