The back door didn't open

Het is een mooi, schoon appartement. Ruime kamer met een keukentje en goede douche. Geen last van lawaai. We zaten op de tweede verdieping. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijn ook het (eenvoudige) ontbijt waar je de hele dag van mocht pakken. De prijs is prima voor wat je krijgt.

Meer in het centrum is denk ik alles wat gemakkelijker te bereiken. Hoewel je in een krap kwartiertje naar het trein en metrostation (East Croydon) loopt en je daarna vrij vlot in het centrum bent. Het bed was wat smal.

a well presented property with nice clean modern rooms

there must have been a group of people having a bit of a get together. playing music & lots of laughter and banging of doors. they were told to quieten down by the owner after a bit. it didn’t go on late only until about 22:30ish. it was a bit annoying at the time as we were tired but it was taken care of. It didn’t stop us having a great nights sleep. Probably something that doesn’t happen often. maybe just a rowdy group. we would still return again if coming to the area

The property was about 15min walk from the train station which was a nice walk . The office staff were happy to have a chat and very helpful. Room came with a lil kitchenette so we could make our tea’s and warm our take out with the microwave . There was free WiFi and common area where we could make breakfast.

Before we got to the property - we were forced to check into the property on their site and provide private information - which I felt uncomfortable to give . Considering booking .com already had my details. The property staff kept calling and calling and even sent me WhatsApp messages. When we got there - There are no clear signs to the property , there is construction just next door and big wheel bins which concealed the property. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. We could feel each spring piercing into our bodies. The cleaning staff didn’t speak English and would come knocking first thing in the morning and we couldn’t understand eachother .The walls and floors were so thin we could hear everything In the neighbouring rooms. Needless to say , we didn’t get a nights rest but the property took cash upfront so we had to stay.

Price was competitive

Had to listen to the sound of the sink backing up and bubbling from the poorly fitted drainage whenever another room was using there’s

The rooms are beautiful and clean stocked correctly with all you need and more there’s also a littler shop to buy what you need gym and laundry room it’s great

Nothing it was perfect staff are lovely too!

They was people talking literally outside our room through the majority of the day
