No black coffee in the room (only the instant “3 in 1”). The kettle was broken. The toilet seat was coming off. The towels were old and thin

Ruime, schone kamer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede restaurants. Heerlijk zwembad met voldoende bedjes. Dichtbij ingang 1 van de Plitvice meren.

Er zijn bouwwerkzaamheden direct achter het zwembad. Zelfs in het weekend werd gewerkt.

We stayed a short night here for our early morning visit to Plitvice Lakes National park, so we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the hotel and its facilities. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and at that point the hotel restaurant was our only dining option. We were pleasantly surprised with both the food and the service. Both were very good. We also had a great breakfast here the following morning before we headed into the park. Hotel was approximately 10 min from Entrance 1 of the national park. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Nothing. Well maybe the weather could have been nicer!

Odlična, prostorna, zelo čista soba z ogrevanim jackuzzijem na terasi. Zelo prijazno osebje, vedno na voljo za pomoč. Dovolj veliko parkirišče, tik pred hotelom. Bližina Plitivčkih jezer, le 5 min vožnje stran. Vse pohvale tudi restavraciji Degenija, v kateri imajo odlično hrano po zmernih cenah. Definitivno se še vrnema za kašen konec tedna!

Edina pomanjkljivost so bile malce hladne jedi pri zajtrku, za kar so se opravičili in ga niso zaračunali.

Roditelji su nedavno odsjeli u hotelu Degenija i bili su apsolutno odusevljeni! Sve pohvale za osoblje koje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno i uslužno, na raspolaganju za sva dodatna pitanja. Sve je bilo uredno i čisto, predivno uređeno i iznutra i izvana, baš kako je prikazano i na fotografijama. Izvrsna lokacija hotela i blizina svih turističkih sadržaja. Doručak i hrana u restoranu su također bili odlični, obilate porcije i raznovrsna ponuda.

We had a couple days booked here during our visit to Plitvice Natl Park. We weren’t sure what to expect since we were coming from Dubrovnik and Hvar, both coastal. But as we drove up the mountains and pulled up, we were relieved. Later, after getting to know the staff, our room and the property, it was absolutely wonderful! Loved it all- and the staff were amazing. We also found some other unplanned cool stuff to do/see in the area so we made the most of our short stay! And the pool area was a pleasure to come back to to chill as well as our private hottub ! Food and drinks were also great and they accommodated my gf diet. Plitvice was 5 min away so couldn’t ask for more.
