On entry, frontage of hotel very impressive. Changed room on request when too noisy.

Rooms OK but corridors and stairways not to same standard as front and very dated. Although asked for a quiet room on booking, placed above pool and music. If you are British will understand comment - reminiscent of 'Benidorm'... not the place.

Very friendly staff and good food variety.

Some areas of the hotel need some renovation ( i.e. bathroom)

Very good location for restaurant and well laid and exllent varieties of eats ideal for a good breakfast. Kept time and fruits were plenty. Good food and well prepared . Staff are so friendly and lovely .

Your towels and laundry items were too old filled with holes and stains. WiFi was too poor in the room and no effort done to improve except promise air.

The food was great! the location was excellent. Our room was a great location.

Overall the hotel has made some major improvements on the grounds which are much better than 2 years ago. But the hot water seemed to depend on how many rooms nearby were occupied. AT times there was no hot water. But when it was there, it was hot. Covid still affects the entertainment and food service. When it is not busy, we had more attention than when it got busy. But the personal attention we received was excellent overall. Best place in this area to stay!

Awesome view, staff were friendly and willing to help, there was variety of food .

The bed was too high, its meant for super tall people. It was a hassle.
