Everything, unsure if there was anything to complain about. Service was great, the stay was great, ease of access and convenience. Came back fairly drunk at 2 or 3am, misplaced my key card and the staff promptly let me in and provided a new card XD

Nothing really, maybe parking signs and directions could be improved for the underground parking.

Absolute beachfront. That view!!! Super comfy beds, spacious living area, and everything was immaculately clean.

The location

The sofa needed replacing, the re was food still in the sofa peanuts and whatever else not sure, the bedding was made up daily but no cleaning done, we took the breakfast package and managed to get a dish with an eyelash in it so they gave us a new plate and complimentary coffee which I couldn’t eat as felt not well after the eyelash…. The staff were amazing it’s the little things that make a holiday and they just weren’t there. Accor don’t give you status points if you book through a third party I learnt

Absolutely stunning views from EVERY window, apartment was modern and classy.

It was so clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect.

The security could perhaps be better since anyone could potentially go up to the rooms. Usually you can only access your level but this was not the case.

电梯太老旧了，每次都要等很久，空间小，还有一台可以去任何楼层，没有安全性。还有我的电子烟放到浴袍里拿去洗了，竟然无法拿出来，这点很不好，如果我的车钥匙或者手机也不可以拿出来吗？
