Really cool hotel, modern mixed with traces of history. The amenities were wonderful, staff were excellent. We were running late to catch our train and the staff rushed out to the main road to get us a taxi—really grateful for that gesture!

Fabulous hotel! Would go back definitely! Lovely amenities, amazing restaurant, bar and staff! Comfy bed and soft fluffy towels. Free minibar is also great!

We were in a loft room and I really had to mind my head as ceiling was very low near the bed. Bathroom was not seperated from the room so with the ac was a little chilly when getting out of the shower. Otherwise it was a gorgeous room!

Beautifully designed hotel. Incorporating historic ruins and modern design. The most comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely little touches with a variety of products in the room. Staff excellent and so helpful. Breakfast superb.

The service and location are exactly as described, and they offer a true 5-star experience. We loved the restaurant where we had dinner and tried their degustation menu.

The cleaners started cleaning at 8 am and used the vacuum in the hallway at 8 am. Unacceptable. They woke us up. Breakfast is average - they can do better , especially at the price offered the egg menu is poor.

this is an amazing luxury hotel in an old historic building decorated in a stylish modernist manner. the location in the Old City could not be better -both quiet and convenient . the staff are lovely -so relaxed and friendly.and super helpful. we hope to come back one day.an exceptional hotel without being pretentious.

hardly anything : it is expensive of course and perhaps more electricity sockets would be good.

Understaffed in the breakfast room. Shortage of buffer food (cheese etc). Nowhere at the hotel to comfortably sit out. Outside bar area pleasant but shady and small. “Plunge pool” - really? More like a fish tank.

This hotel would rate as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. From the extremely warm welcome upon our arrival, from the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, to the pillow menu in the very tastefully decorated room. Every convenience was catered for. The location is quiet, yet only a short walk to all the action. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. Also, the breakfast was superb.
