Friendly atmosphere, the kitchen facilities were good, the bed was comfortable, the staff were helpful.

The bathroom was a mess, however I arrived late at night so it was probably due to be cleaned.

it's a hostel, dormitories there was a dude perennially sleeping, so we were always quietly sneaking in and out in the dark, regardless of time of day. could use personal power plugs too.

Great location. Stayed here for the formula one and was very easy to reach!

It was my first time staying there and it was an awesome experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful…. especially Benny… she’s an asset to the facility. The location is perfect.

Couldn’t fault it

Great communal kitchen area and comfortable private room double bed. Bathroom and showers very clean and well kept.

Mattress was dirty and stained the bedsheets, even when new ones were put on the bed.

checkin was easy. cool hang out area with lots of plugs for charging devices. Big kitchen

Bathroom had a 'smelly drain ' smell to it. Kitchen was a bit dirty - all sinks had crap - food and dirty dishes in them. Room didnt have a window - was a bit dirty. Location of room next to laundry and people were talking very loudly in it after midnight. A couple of homeless people in neighbourhood just a few doors down Didnt feel the area was that safe

Nice and friendly atmosphere with a great staff. The guests were also friendly here. Large kitchen where one can cook too. The 4-beds dorm was also warm in the midst of winters when I was visiting Melbourne.

The room was just opposite the washroom which was quiet loud, especially at night. This combined with the construction work happening next to the building didn't help much. The room didn't have a proper window also.

Sometimes noisy

I stayed in 4shared female dormitory. The room and bed were clean and comfy. The toilets and bathroom were maintained. In between major train stations and sky bus station which are walking distance. The reception staffs were very friendly.

great location, clean, good facilities. welcoming staff, i liked that the kitchen and common area is open 24H.

bunk beds could be upgraded. not a good experience when both the bottom and upper bunk are occupied. it gets creaky and you feel every movement of the other person. no power sockets by your bed, no lockers in the room.

nice room very comfortable convenient from southern cross station walk only 6mins in front of the tram station you can ride free tram to explore the Melbourne city easy to access Victoria market, museum. Fitzroy park etc many cafe, convenient store is nearby. staffs are kind Happy hour is 18:00-20:00

Good location, friendly staff and clean rooms and bathrooms

people using your bed, maybe an idea to be able to write your name on the bed. also paying to store your luggage is not backpacker and guest friendly

Good location. Lots of toilets/showers on each floor. Good size kitchen.

Room could have done with some refurbishment. Very basic bunks.
