the personal was so helpful at every stage, to resolve some personal matters, to help me for the airport and other small tasks. Price is fantastic, the room is very big, the location is perfect if you work in the high tech zone. Better than many 5 stars hotels in Beijing or Shanghai.

When I arrived in Xi'an, the city was quarantining new arrivals for 14 days. I was unaware of that fact and freely released from the airport, from which I took a taxi to the hotel. Upon arriving, Jimmy, the Front Desk Manager informed me that the city government had notified the hotel to not check me in and instead hand me over to conduct my 14-day quarantine at a government-sanctioned facility. Jimmy sat me down and handed me refreshments. Within just a few minutes, Sandy, the GM of the hotel and Jane, Director of Operations, met me and calmly explained the severity of the situation. I was thoroughly impressed as the assured me that they'd fight my case and keep me safe inside the hotel. Their professionalism was second to none. Absolutely phenomenal and clear, kind, and decisive. Sandy then treated me to dinner and wife at the hotel's main restaurant, on the house. I was able to relax as we talked and laughing, taking my mind off the fact that several government departments were now involved, demanding the hotel to evict me from the premises. But Sandy, Jane, Jimmy, and their entire team weren't going to let that happen to me. No sir! Jane was an utter miracle. An absolute titan; my champion. She spent hours in back-and-forth negotiations with various government departments, including the city mayor's office! She fought tooth and nail for my human rights. And in the end, she was successful! Thanks to Jane's masterful handling of the various government departments, I was cleared to not only stay at the hotel but also take my scheduled flight out of Xi'an the next day. Jane, all I can say is thank you. Yourself, Sandy, and the whole team at Hilton Xi'an, High-Tech Zone, are a credit, not only to Hilton but the entire hospitality industry. I firmly believe that without Sandy, Jane, Jimmy, and the team, I would at this moment in time be carrying out 14 days quarantine at a government facility/hotel.
