I did enjoy the people in this area. All were very friendly.

The distance to hotel from train station was a little far and the room was extremely small for the value.

Access to train station is 5 mins away and many good restaurants and a few minutes from Roppongi Mall. Walking distance from where I need to go so that was a huge plus.

Parking. The parking lot had 7 spaces, which was constantly filled by delivery vehicles or others working in the area. After all, it is a paid public parking. I was told to find other parking which is difficult and expensive in Tokyo and I’m sure wouldn’t be prorated. Parking becomes expensive if you stay more than 1 night. It’s either expensive parking (although prorated) or no parking space if you leave. You will have to sit and wait for an available space (as I saw many doing) or try and find parking elsewhere. Ceilings were a bit dirty including the air vent (just don’t look up).

The location was pretty good. It was a pretty easy walk to the nearest subway station.

The elevator was small with dirty carpeting. The walls in my room were beat up with the wallpaper torn off in places. The carpet was not overly clean either.

Very convenient, a 15 min walk to my son's apartment, along a very safe, well lit street. The bed was comfortable and the furnishing and decor were nice.

The room was a single room and very small. I tried to upgrade, but because I used a different card from the one I paid for my room, the reservation was cancelled, and the whole room money was refunded. I had to rebook, but the price had gone up considerably, so I was not happy. I did not try to upgrade in case it got cancelled again.

We liked the checkout. You can put your card in the box and the ceckout is complete. Very nice and helpful Hotel staff. You also get fresh towels everyday.

Very small entrance, too small bathroom. The light at the bed made strange noises so we couldn't use that. The fridge is also very loud. The Wifi was pretty slow and at some point it just stopped working. We had to get the Wifi from next door. No smoking area in or outside the Hotel.

They keep forgetting to provide roomwears. I expect it when I am travelling in Japan and did not have enough clothes to wear in bed towards the end of trip. The location was away from the public transport. The room was too small, I could not fully open my mid size baggage on floor.

I have stayed with APA before, and thus feel comfortable with their services. They always provide a swift check-in and a fast check-out.

My room was barely big enough to fit my suitcase, which I guess is a given when in Tokyo. The bathroom, however, was not very clean. the vent was full of dust, which the housekeepers didn’t take care of once during my stay. The shower curtain had moldy stains on them. And lastly, the bathroom had hairs laying around from the previous tenant.

The breakfast is healthy but it's the same variant. I was not able to eat my last breakfast for it's the same food for 6 days. I even comfort one of the hotel guest for complaining. I hope you have buffet meal so we can choose.
