Location is good. close enough to train station and petite french. the gentlemen who works in the reception on two shifts were all very nice and welcoming. however...

however. the lady who is in the morning shift looked down on us, and asking for the proof that we stayed there. we bring tea from outside, she asked us to pay two euros, because she THINKS we took her tea. she asked twice to my husband! when we showed her thats not her tea. she just said "okay" and continue pretending typing on her computer. very murky face. not saying sorry or whatsoever. I feel sorry for her colleagues who did their best for their guests .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l'accueil. Le personnel toujours souriant et disponible et réactif face à nos demandes. L'établissement est propre et toujours bien entretenu. La situation au presque coeur de la ville est idéale pour flâner en ville ou avoir accès aux transports en commun.

Les fenêtres inclinées sous mansarde : trop bruyant en cas de pluie...

I liked it being self contained and convenient for a tram - 4 minutes away.

very conveniently located. the family suite is definitely spacious enough for four.

air conditioning didn’t initially work in one of our three suites. the sofa bed was only made up in one suite and not the other.

We were attracted by the opportunity to self-cater. The kitchen was compact but manageable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great access to the railway station and the historic town centre. A couple of excellent supermarkets nearby.

The bathroom floor was in urgent need of new grout. But having a heated towel rail was great. Meant we could reuse towels from one day to the next.

Near the station . The air on was good and the fridge once it had been turned on!

Main facilities were clean but something dubious on one of the pictures (though we didn’t mention it when there)

Despite having a problem with the shower doors on two occasions, the staff were very helpful and responsive to my issue it turned out to be an excellent state thanks to the receptionists

Very clean, easy to check in. Kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, pots and pans. Wasn’t far from the centre, about a 10-15 minute walk

The kitchen could contain some very basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the location was fairly well-situated, just a 10-minute walk from Petite France.

The room was fairly clean, but the floor was very dirty; it looked like they hadn't mopped it for weeks, it was quite dusty. The shower door wouldn't close.

The hotel was clean, walking distance (10 minutes) to train station, staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable.

Poor wifi connection in some parts in the room. The breakfast could be more diverse and some vegetables could be included.

The location is close to the Petite France and Barrage Vauban. Easy to access the most beautiful sight.

The staff was very helpful. Especially receptionist Najee provided a lot of useful and important information about the city, etc.

Room was well equipped. Location was fine for travelling by tram or walking. Apartment was very clean. Staff were polite and helpful

Slightly nearer the centre might have been a better choice although this would probably have been more expensive.

The only small complain is that I need to clean up the kitchen and cooking utensils but was provided only with washing up liquid and a sponge.

The hotel was cosy, very clean and quiet, and at a walkable distance from the train station.The room was spacious, with a small well equipped kitchen. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. And the price was not high at all! I would definitely recommend it if you visit Strausbourg!!

My room was comfortable and, most important to me, quiet, much better than during my previous stays at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, which is one of the reasons I keep returing to this hotel.
